Avoid this company. Roosevelt, the owner, is a complete scammer. I paid him to provide service to my property, and paid for an extended service plan. As soon as we called him to come back after initial treatment, after standing up my tenants multiple times, he asked for more money. I pointed out that we have a service plan, he denied it. I provided him with written evidence, he ignored it. Most importantly, when I finally fired him and hired a reputable company, they pointed out that all the initial work he did was garbage. Specifically, he put duct tape over holes that he said he put metal plates over. Also, when a tenant accidentally overpaid by $100, he would not return the money. I agree with Yaniv G. I also believe Roosevelt is a complete scammer. He comes in with a big smile and acts like he cares about you and your situation but at the same time he is counting the money he can get from you. He has a gift to gab but you can see through it. He came two times and promised he would come back for one more treatment if we needed him. A THIRD TREATMENT IS DEFINATELY NEEDED. When I called him he said he would call me back later on that day but never did. I called him the next morning (Monday August 10th) around 8:00am and he told me he would call me in about two hours. I have not heard from him and do not expect to hear from him which is fine because I do not wish to deal with people who lie. I would rather be around a thief because I can at least lock up my property but there is nothing you can do with a liar. I got his name and number from someone but did not do my homework and check him out first because of the emergency. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE!. read more
