This place is a gem. The service is inviting and the GM- Shawn has a lot of information so don't be afraid to ask. They have an introduction price for 1st session for $20... worth every penny. Each room has a personal sauna. Each one of the saunas come with light therapy and they do have all the information as to which color is best for you. Of course this all has to do with what you're trying to target. You get an entire and HTV has speakers that are in the sauna so it is only for you. You can play it as loud or as soft as you want. . Get towels one of the towels has lavender infused, which is the perfect way to end your session. The session itself is 40 minutes and it is so relaxing. You can watch YouTube or Netflix or anything that you want on the TV. It is yours for the 40 minutes.. afterwards, definitely hot, but I felt so relaxed so calm and they have this water that I definitely had to buy. If you do come, make sure you have loose clothing to be able to put on afterwards and you will be hot. Along with water they also have a refrigerator. You can purchase water and juices.. Our experience here was great! The staff did an amazing job explaining to us the facilities on sight and the benefits of saunas and chromotherapy (color light therapy). I loved that the saunas are private and they come with tv access. Additionally the water refill station, cooling towels, and guided virtual stretches was an added bonus! read more

The staff here is fabulous. I really appreciated the individual private booths for each sauna session, and the thoughtfulness put into the amenities (having a Netflix playlist for sauna stretches? Found this place through ClassPass. I love it! You're greeted with a smile and lovely aromatherapy. The entrance was inviting, bright, and clean. They offer juices, electrolyte and energy drinks, and bottle water.My session started with a brief tour, and an optional 4 min video in the company, benefits of infrared sauna, and instructions on how to operate. It looks small but they have an entire corridor of private saunas. Each sauna is spacious, offers color therapy, and a speaker system that connects to a flat screen TV with access to YouTube and Netflix! Temperature starts at 140F and you can increase of tolerable up to 170F!! I had to step out the sauna twice during my 40 min session. My tolerance is not what it used to be! My session ended with a nice cold eucalyptus face towel! Only thing missing is a shower so you have to leave a little yucky! They have various package and memberships that are quite affordable! Plus your first session is only $20! They also offer a larger couples sauna! I plan to get a membership and return at least once a week! read more

Amazing! You need to try it. Everyone is very lovely and kind. A nice start or refresh for your day. Have been dealing with pain in shoulder and knee, also have a bone spur above my heel. After just one session, muscles were more relaxed. After third visit, pain around bone spur was relieved, shoulder moves freely and knee pain has lessened! took two weeks off and could tell ....especially in knee and heel. This is just like adding more water or exercise to your health routine, it is so helpful, in many ways. Consistency is key to most everything we do. Love this location! While searching for a good sauna, Perspire kept popping up and although they have several locations I noticed the McDonough location was fairly new and easier for me to get to. I went with the intention of just going over because I desperately wanted a good sweat / reset moment. But after my session here I immediately signed up for a package. The staff here is also very friendly and keeps the location very clean. They also provide three additional different sized towels for your use and a child essential oil scented towel for your session which reminds me of a good hot yoga class! I definitely recommend you try this location and don't forget to bring plenty of water! read more

I eyed this place for a few weeks before booking my intro session. I was so excited to try it I didn't get any photos, only videos. When you come in they have a checkin desk, and items that you can buy. They also have water and healthy beverages for purchase. If it is your first time, someone will give you a tour. The rooms are intimate, but spacious. Everything is so clean and the Eucalyptus towel to end is incredible! I ended up booking a monthly pass for 4 sessions out of the month. I am so excited to add the sauna back into my routine. This place is a great addition to the area. read more

I cannot say enough about this infrared sauna studio. The service is a class act and second to none. The owners and every single team member are so friendly and positive. You will immediately feel pampered and encouraged. They will have your sauna at the temperature you like, the color of light you prefer in your sauna, and also the television set up just the way you want it! Each visit is relaxing and also energizing! I would say to anyone to give yourself several sessions in the first week. If you are like me, it may take a few times to get adjusted to the experience. My body now craves the sauna! My husband and I are members, and it has been an amazing investment in our health. My autoimmune thyroid condition has improved more than I can say in just a couple of months. I have so much more energy, sleep better, and the detoxification I experience is truly amazing. I visit quite a few perspire sauna's, but this one feels very warm and inviting! Staff is nice, and I love how they do more of a thorough clean than the others I visited. My only issue is, no showers at this location. However, they still get 5 stars. read more
