I was asked by Todd to bring a check in so they could send it by registered mail to the IRS for my payroll taxes. A month later after calling twice a week they never answered the phone or returned a call to let me know anything. So, I went in the office to ask why he never sent the registered mail. When I approached Todd he reeked of alcohol and then he started hitting his desktop asking me what the hell I wanted while he searched for the supposed receipt saying he sent the mail off. So unprofessional, incompetent and will tell you lie after lie, they've cost my business a lot of money.
