I had a remote reiki session with Justine. I was in the comfort of my own home, which I never knew…read morewas even possible to do. Justine had instructed me before hand to get comfortable in how ever way I want and to just relax. She didn't tell me what to do during the session. I was free to do whatever I wanted as long as I was calm and relaxed on my bed or on a chair. Whatever I experience would be correct. Afterwards Justine asked how I felt and if I experienced, saw, felt, sensed anything. Towards the end I coughed a lot and Justine actually felt some discomfort in her throat as well. We were in sync. She gave me her insight and most of it resonated well with me. She gave me some suggestions and recommendations for situations that were going on with me at the moment. I believe that the reiki session really helped to clear out some of the blockage I had because not too long after some of what I was manifesting actually came to fruition! My grief did not go away, bc that is just not how grief affects us, but while using the Ketamine Treatments, I felt somehow closer to my loved one whom passed on... Ketamine gave me the will to push through my emotions, even as painful as they were... I feel, so many times in life, society expects you to accept the death, take a day or two, and then just tuck away your pain inside. And we now know that grief affects your mental and physical health. For me, the Ketamine gave me an allowance to grieve when I need it most. It allowed me to cry and reflect. I still have once treatment to do, but even the last once, I felt like it had helped me work through some intense feelings... Therapy never worked for me. I don't have issues telling someone what I have done, what I need to do, and knowing the steps to take to achieve therapeutic results... but counseling never gave me what I needed, and I've tried various medications, that never worked either, including making my habits worse through medicated assistance. I was ready to pay up for the multi-session package when I went in to Les' office, but left wiser, poorer, and with just as much anxiety as when I went in. I do not recommend his services because they were useless to me, but obviously there are others who find his services useful or he wouldn't be in business. But when you walk in the office, and the sign on the door asks for a review, be wary.
