If I could I would give a zero. I needed a cleaner for a move out. I thought I was signing up for great service, however it was the opposite. Personal belongings were put outside or in the trash after I specifically said not to touch the items. The house has 3 levels and cleaning could have been started in other rooms or floors. I was never notified when the cleaning was done. Service was overpriced but I was willing to pay a higher price for a service that I needed done within a week. I have hired multiple cleaners last minute in various cities and never had an issue like this. Do not recommend read more
