I would HIGHLY recommend Albert to anyone and everyone. I rarely write reviews but this was an exceptionally amazing customer service experience that needs to be praised. I contacted Albert first thing in the morning about my issue and he came to me right away - extremely professional! Albert takes a very intelligent approach when it comes to washing upholstery down to the minute detail, which I haven't seen from any car wash service I've ever used. I had someone puke in my car the other night and Albert asked me a few questions like a doctor would so he could apply the appropriate product to treat the damage (with science!). He almost sounded like Walter White when explaining what products were good to tackle certain types of stains/mess. Less than an hour later, the car smells amazing and the car is squeaky clean! The business name is fitting as Albert was persistent in getting my business and ensuring that I was going to be taken care of and he delivered! ALSO - Albert has a background in carpet cleaning and is licensed by the state just in case anyone has any doubts in his skill. The man knows how to treat all types of fabrics! We have now been stood up twice without any notice. The first time 12/1 we waited and waited but never got a call back until we ended up just booking again through his website in hopes that we could get serviced on a different day. We were trying to give Albert the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe an emergency had happened and Albert could not come. Albert finally called due to rain in the forecast for the day we booked on his site, and we rescheduled. Today 12/28 at 7AM was our scheduled appointment. No call, no response to our calls or text messages. It is very frustrating to arrange our day to make this happen and he not provide any notice that he's not coming or at least give us a more accurate time or arrival. We are tired of the inconsistency and being left in the dark. We have always been kind and courteous to him and his team - offering water and checking in to make sure they are ok. These are major red flags for this business and anyone who books them should take these into consideration when they decide to work with them. They do a great job but the unreliability and lack of communication is what makes it difficult to continue to give them our money. You will have probably have better luck if you have a luxury car or big house he can gloat about on his Instagram. read more

I had my car broken into and they smashed glass everywhere into my car. I had a full work day and I desperately needed my car cleaned out. Albert and his team were able to rearrange their schedule for me and get someone out there within a couple hours and get my car cleaned and detailed so I could make it to work on time. The guy was great at first he answered me however once I let him know I was in the area Whittier my msg was left seen and never got a response on how to set up an appointment. All I can say is WOW, my car looks brand new. I want to thank Albert sooo much! My car needed detailing since I'm going to bring my baby home from the NICU and my car had dogs inside before so it needed to be washed and my dog also peed on the backseat. So you can imagine I needed an emergency car wash and detailing ASAP! Thank God Albert answered my call! He has the whole detailing to a T to an actual science. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I cant give ZERO! My review is based on customer service and fulfillment of completing a job NOT WELL DONE! Was recommended by a co worker. Looked very professional in the new white van. Albert washed my Lexus GS350. and ruined my rims (Feb 2020) on my birthday. He used some form of acid and my rims had streaks of black. He said to wait until the rims dried, i knew that was not the case. They were ruined. I gave him ample amount of time,every opportunity to rectify the situation but he did not. After numerous text and calls he responded saying he'd replace my rims but did not. I get a call from his brother Jonathan (what a fuckin joke) stating he'd fix my rims giving me this song and dance about how his brother didnt hane his business right, that he changed his last name because of papers whatever. This was in September 2020. I let him take my car and do the rims but it was a half ass job. And he was supposed to finish them but never came back. He told me that because he colored the rims the wrong color the first time. I needed to but the paint and he'd reimburse me or that his parents would because they new of the situation and they don't like how this was handled. (I have all the messages.) I went with Jonathan to the shop I paid 100.00 for paint (because I wanted my rims done) he said he'd give my money back. He didnt give it back and after many many calls, and attempts of text, he will not respond (yeah stupid on my part) fast forward to now January 2021 almost a year later my rims are still jacked up because of the botched redue job of bubbles.
