Pershing Square, thank you for being there. From DTLA Proud (in the past) to DiverCity: a Multicultural Concert Series, LA Weekly events and past Summer Concert Series events you've been a truly unique experience and iconic L.A. landmark for years as well as near and dear to me. A big little Downtown Los Angeles staple, this nearly 160 year old park, officially branded as Pershing Square in the late 1910s, has come a long way. It's multi-leveled concrete, grass, dirt and cork covered areas make it quite unique for people of all ages. And it's benches, shady areas, lime trees and ledges make it great for a fun day in the sun or event going into the night. There's beautiful art, messages and architecture that seems to improve each year with beautification projects through the city of Los Angeles. I've been lucky enough to enjoy performance via Los Lonely Boys, Pat Benatar, The Gap Band, Cameo, Mary Jane Girls and numerous others since my first trips here in the early 2010s and seen it change and update quite a bit with renovations, redesigns and be a hub for Angeles natives, transplants, tourists, tikes and tails. It's directly across from Pershing Square Station which runs directly underneath for the Metro B Red and D Purple Lines, which are recommended as parking in DTLA can be inexpensive at times, more so for Pershing Square itself which is surprisingly huge with just shy of 1600 spots on it's three unground levels, however many spaces belong to monthly paying residents in downtown so it can get a little tricky, but relatively easy to enter, exit and access from Hill Street or Olive Street. Restrooms in the parking garage open to the public as well as portable ones during concerts and events. They had some really premium ones for VIP. Pershing Square is typically open from 8 AM to 10 PM for recreational use when non events are happening. The cork covered playground doubles as a water refill station and they do allow some outside beverages and empty bottles. Food and beverages vendors vary in a good variety and often they will run some happy hour specials toward the tail end of events. Plenty of local eateries close by like my go-tos Beelman's, Donut Friend, Z Falafel, REDWHITE BONELESS RAMEN, and several others. It's important to note that certain bags, items and of course weapons aren't permitted. Please see their website for details, information and their calendar. Came here for a concert and it was pretty decent park area. Downtown LA so it's pretty busy not so clean but not bad! They have good areas to stand and watch the performance to get a good view ! They also have decent ports potties, just bring hand sanitizer or wipes because they run out of napkins and water. They had a good selection of vendors for food and drinks. Very pricy so you can eat before. They have parking and it's over $20 if you want to park close. I wouldn't mind coming back here to see another concert.
Came here for SalvyFest. I was a little underwhelmed since this was a paid event. I expected a little bit more, especially because we paid for VIP. Attendance was very low. There was only two food trucks and one food stand. Little to no vendors. And the VIP bathrooms were disgusting. But I digress. Back to the review of Pershing square. The park is a nice size area. It has a lot of seating area. It was easy to get to via the Metro. We rode the Metro from North Hollywood. It is a short 10 minute walk from Angel's flight and Grand Central market. I know they hold other events here. I look forward to attending.
I came for an R&B concert featuring Trey Songz and Ray J. The venue's location isn't ideal--it's right in the middle of downtown, next to Grand Central Market. We found $10 parking nearby, but the walk over to Pershing Square wasn't the most pleasant. The streets were dirty, and there were several homeless individuals along the way. I was a little worried about walking back to the car after the concert, but thankfully, there were plenty of people walking together, which made it feel safer. The Actual Concert I was a bit disappointed that Trey Songz didn't perform his famous "Can't Help But Wait," a song I loved back in college. Instead, he sang newer songs I wasn't familiar with, and there was a lot more cussing. I was happy Ray J performed his hit "One Wish," but he got lost in the crowd for about thirty minutes, making it difficult to record or really see him--definitely not ideal. The crowd was very pushy, with no personal space, which made it feel a bit suffocating at times. Security was present at the entrance, and they didn't allow bottles or personal items like Hydroflasks. Despite this, many people managed to sneak in weed, vapes, and possibly other substances. There were no indoor bathrooms--only porta-potties--which was not very convenient. As the night went on, the venue area became quite trashed, with bottles and trash scattered everywhere, which definitely affected the overall experience. That said, this was a free concert, so I can't complain too much. I'm not sure I'd come back unless a performer I really want to see is playing, though apparently, a lot of Diver City concerts happen here. Overall Experience: 5/10 - The concert itself was fun, but the location, lack of facilities, and cleanliness issues make this venue less than ideal.
Love the Pershing square! I visited this past Sunday. They have a huge Christmas tree up already for display. They also have the ice skating rank that is now open and operating. This is such a unique park which is used for events, concerts,etc. I have attended free concerts here before and the ambiance is full Of fun vibes. It is clean for the most part, bathrooms located downstairs where the parking garage is, but must show your parking pass in order to use it for free. Restrooms are monitored by parking staff.
Brought my friends to ice skate here and we all had so much fun! I used to come here to ice skate growing up and have fond memories. Only thing is the rink is super small so not that much space to practice.
Beautiful during Christmas time! They are currently hosting ice skating. So a fun activity to do with friends and family!
Hit up the Pershing Square Downtown LA Concert Series, and it was definitely a mixed bag. On the plus side, the location is cool, right in the heart of DTLA, surrounded by the city lights and skyline. There's a real energy to it, and the live music setup delivers that classic summer-in-the-city vibe. Kudos to DTLA for organizing this fun event. That said, getting into the venue was a hassle. The entrance lines were confusing and slow, with little signage or direction. Not the smoothest start. While waiting in line, especially in the 85° heat, you could not help but notice a strong urine smell wafting around, everyone in line was commenting, definitely a downside. Thank goodness I went VIP. The upgraded experience made a big difference, way better accommodations (bathrooms), more space, cleaner surroundings, and a much more comfortable place to actually enjoy the concert. The cost of drinks was comical, a 12oz Ultra was $17, plus tax. Let me do the math, that translates to 6-pack being over $100! I get paying $17 for 16oz, or, ideally 24oz, but a standard 12oz. Michelob Ultra, c'mon! All that said, I did begrudgingly pay up, LOL. The food options are similarly expensive, my $25 smashburger with fries was laughable, it had a semblance of a burger hidden in a bun. Overall, I'm glad I went despite plenty of room for improvement. The time between acts was unusually long, but the music was good, with the exception of, Naked Eyes, who had technical issues, or was it human singing issues, not sure? This was a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon, I would go back. Pro tip: great parking at 550 South Hill - which is technically on 6th and Lindley place - $20 for the day (listed as South Hill Parking on Google maps)
I went to the Pershing square diversity free summer concert, this one was with The Mary Jane Girls One Way, The Dazz band, Evelyn champagne king and Cameo . I have to say, Evelyn "Champagne" King was hot tonight. She killed it with the stage all to herself. Overall it was a great show with Cameo headlining without Larry Blackmon. His son did a good job picking up the mantle for the future. There are concerts every weekend this month, August 2025, with a great mix of genres and styles. There's nough space where it doesn't seem overly crowded. They don't let you bring much onto the premises so definitely check out the event on Eventbrite. There are water stations around. Bring an empty plastic bottle (no metal). The price on the food and alcohol are on the higher side with pretty tiny portions. Eat something before you get here if you're coming for the whole show I recommend taking the metro. Thr park is right up stairs at pershing and 5th. I have to warn you. There a LOT of weed smoking in the crowd. It was a problem for me and security isn't doing anything about it. I recommend the diversity summer concerts at Pershing square. I'll be there the next 3 weekends!
Went to a free concert. They didn't scan my ticket nor did they scan my pre paid parking so I guess parking is free when I excited. I thought I had to come early because they would sell out but there's really no need. Pershing square can hold a lot of people so no need to come early. Prices for drinks are crazy $17 for small weak cocktail drink. Food was $30 for small carne fries. They were good despite the price tag.
Ice skating in Pershing square sounds like the perfect way to kick start the holidays. Admission is reasonably priced and includes skate rental. The staff is friendly and helpful. Whether it's answering questions or assisting those skaters who need a little extra help. I very much enjoyed this experience. It was nice skating outside surrounded by holiday cheer; however, while skating there were two incidents. One gentleman broke his ankle. I was impressed with how quickly an ambulance arrived and sprung into action to get him to the hospital. The other incident was a skater got into the face of a staff member who asked the skater to clear a path for the skater who needed to be rushed to the hospital. Well the one skater was not having it and I wish there would have been better security to assist in de-escalating the situation. Other than that it was a great skate session! I look forward to next year!
For the most part everything is great about pershing square events. Usually attend the Salsa and latin events. I Always enjoy the vibe. bring your lawn chair, hat, comfortable attire, and enjoy the music, dancing and a little food at the food trucks!! Food is always good and reasonably priced for the portions. Alcohol is sold.Parking available underneath, reasonably priced. $10. It is safe inside of the event and parking lot. Can't say it's unsafe outside, just be aware this is DTLA and you will see homeless and may be not as clean as other areas of LA. None the less it is generally safe. . The only thing i think needs improvement are the portable restrooms, they need to be cleaned more often. But aside from that i've been to at least 5 events and it runs smoothly each time. This was not my first time here but I'm reviewing the concerts held here during the summer. The idea is great, but why have a concert here? Safety measures in full force that don't allow water bottles (they do provide water in plastic cups from a dispenser). You can get free water but you need to drink about 30 cups to hydrate well enough. It was blazing hot and people gathered closely together to share what bits of shade they could find. Beware of the homelessness and parking situation all around. Pershing Square does have its own parking lot priced for a pretty penny and there are other parking options around if you're willing to walk and dodge the transients who live nearby. Construction in Pershing Square has been going on for what seems like years and it's not clear what is going on there but it's completely concreted with dead, dry grassy area and no trees, which means no shade. On a hot day, you will be hot and miserable with little to no relief. On a not so hot day, you can be sure to smell urine all around and constantly watch your back.

I used to like Pershing Square a lot, but lately it became worse, badly maintained, so I stayed away from it even during the Summer Concert Series that I've attended for years. Since last year, they walled in the square for the concerts. Besides looking ugly and feeling too enclosed, they increased security, have too many rules (no food or water from outside) and you have to get tickets via Evenbrite, free, but you have to do it ahead of time. Long overdue update. I remember when the space was opened and easy going (sure, some folks stumbled in creating a few issues, but nothing major) and we used to picnic before a concert. Since Grand Performances lost its space temporarily this summer, I came to see 2 concerts at Pershing Square. The lines were too long, around the block. The 1st one was a fun Beatles tribute (the band Rain). Besides having old style food trucks, the worst selection ever and water for guests running out (they want you to buy even water!!!), yep the place got greedier!....I had no issues. Next time I came to see REO Speedwagon and after the long line, they confiscated my digital camera saying that it's not allowed! That the band doesn't want that and they announced it on social media. Which one, because I haven't seen a post on Facebook, etc??? They also made me toss my candy bag -had health issues in the summer so I had some candies just in case. After I mentioned it to them, they told me there's a 1st Aid Tent. I should have left right then. But I trusted them with my camera and got the name of their manager. I was supposed to pick it up after the show. During the show, EVERYONE was taking photos and videos with their phones, so what about the band not wanting photos being taken during the show rule??? Before the ending of the show I went to look for the manager, Teresa Velasquez to get my camera. It took forever to get her to come where she told me she'd be at. The people working here are jerks, wouldn't radio her and were making me like a fool for wanting to take photos with a camera instead of a phone. I'm a film professional and don't feel like taking photography tips from a security guy who can't do his job! It took forever to get my camera back (a Cannon, with a decent zoom, point shoot that I like to bring around the city, since my phone doesn't have the best zoom in the world). I talked to so many people, described my camera to so many of them. One was making me into a liar, he brought the wrong camera to me, it was somebody else's. How about putting a label with my name on it? If you confiscate cameras, put them all safely in a box with everyone's names on them! These folks are major clowns, can't organize anything. Teresa Velasquez was yelling at me, even after I explained I don't need this stress (I've been dealing with health issues). I admit, I yelled back since I was upset of the idea of my cool camera being lost after she promised me otherwise. Miserable excuses for security people and human being! I'll never go to one of these concerts ever again. read more
It is a small public park in DTLA, roughly size one square block, bounded by 5th St and 6th St from the north to the south, Hill St and Olive St from the east to the west. The park is surrounded by high rise buildings and mansions. read more

Took my daughter here to ice skate. It was very nice, at might they turn on the Christmas lights so looks very nice. They have a couple free activities like taking a picture with Santa. Ice Skating is $13/person including the skates rental. Parking was easy to find and they have a parking lot right next to it so not a long walk. You do have to pay , I believe it is $13 for the day, not sure how much per hour. Good place to go out and take a walk, take the kids or just go ice skate! read more

Went to the first of their Downtown Stage Summer Concert Series of the season this month to see Rain, a Beatles tribute band. Absolutely excellent! If you are 21+, give this series a try. Space to sit and move around, food trucks, and stage surrounded by the DTLA landscape. You can only get in with a free ticket - and yes they check. I recommend bringing your own picnic basket and blanket for the show. Despite all of the negative reviews, my most recent visit to this park was great. It was clean and quiet. Along the northwest side there are four cement chess tables with boards painted on. Pieces and chairs are available at the Recreation Center. Check the Facebook page for events; sometimes they bring out a large oversize board as well. read more
I really like how they have improved both Pershing Square and the surrounding area. We went last night and they had an ice rink up with all kinds of signage, welcoming people to skate. They also had a huge and beautifully decorated Christmas tree set up towards one corner of the park that was street-side; right next to the bus stop and it looked so surreal with the DTLA lights and tall buildings in the background. The grassy area was covered with lights that mimicked a giant Christmas tree, as well. It was very pretty and inviting. There was no homeless individuals hanging around, either, which was nice! In addition to that, I counted at least three security guards walking around the square, making sure that everyone was safe and could enjoy their time there. We went at night and I would love to go back during the day, to get the full effect of how much Pershing Square has changed. They do have an underground parking lot, but be sure to read the signs, because some of these parking lots in DTLA can be pricey. read more
During my December 2015 vacation in Los Angeles, one of my requests was to see Christmas lights. Other well known displays were rather far from where we were at the moment. I searched on my Yelp app and found Pershing Square in Downtown LA! To my delight, not only did it have Christmas lights, but it also had decorations AND an OUTDOOR SKATING RINK! Bonus! !! We found free street parking nearby - yay! No traffic and no crowds! However, because of the late hour, the attraction was closed and Security was doing their job to protect the site from vandalism and other nonsense! We were able to run around the Square and get some good photos and lots of Christmas Spirit! Thanks to the Management and Staff for the upkeep of this area! We appreciate your hard work in setting up the decorations for us to enjoy! Happy holidays! read more
Guess who got a face lift? Not me, Pershing Square did! I work in the adjacent corner from here and it use to be "ok" and nice to go to the farmers market they have here on Wednesdays. About 5 months ago they began a renovation and now that they are all done they have absolutely changed the direction this area was meant to be. It use to be that you would see many homeless people just hanging out here but now they have kept them from the area and added a few kids play area. The farmers market still happens and it seems to get much busier now It was worth the money they ( although us tax payers probably paid) use for this renovation. Their is a grass area for people to sit and have lunch, they do have some limited tables as well but most area is grass. The area where the farmers market happens is right by the waterfall they have. I would recommend this area during lunch to get away from the office, come read a book or just relax. They have security walking around as well and with the much less numbers of homeless people around it does feel way more safer. They also have a doggie area for your dogs. read more

Located in the center of downtown Los Angeles, this park is home to a wide array of events. The holiday season has outdoor ice skating. There are farmers markets on certain days, and I managed to stumble on to one when I came here today. There was a fountain in the middle of the park, but that was shut down. My best guess is the recent water conservation initiatives ordered by Gov. Brown. A section of the park has statues commemorating the U.S. and allied service members who fought in World War I. The perimeter is lined with places to sit, and they are in abundace. This place loses a star due to the sketchy characters I've come across here. Although I haven't seen violence from them in the daytime, you might want to be skeptical coming here at night. read more
Good place to park downtown LA and also see a concert. The stringent concert rules I posted prevent gangs, homeless, drug sellers, smokers, and weapons from entering the park and ruining your concert experience like what used to happen. The Rules have also curtailed the lawsuits against LA city for not providing a safe concert going experience when someone got hurt. Downtown LA is filled with a lot of crazy people warehoused in low income buildings. At night they all come out. The city has done a good job of providing a little haven at night in this park. read more
Still homeless central, but for the holiday's at least a skating rink kept some of them away. If this rink was not here, I'm not sure I would walk through unless with some protection. Not much else to see here, except for one bad mural. read more
We came to Pershing Square for an outdoor concert featuring Sheila E. First and foremost know that it is in the heart of downtown Los Angeles with extreme traffic and one way streets but if you have gps and a small car, you should be able to navigate and park at your destination. Well, I have gps but my car is not small. Fortunately for us, we were able to find a parking garage right across from the venue on Olive Street for on $6 flat rate. Once parked. We just went over and stood in the line to enter the venue. We were not allowed to bring food, drinks, cameras, iPads, coolers, big bags into the venue. You could bring a folding chair or a blanket to sit on. That's it!! You had to be 21 years old or older to enter. Once inside there were patches of green grass to sit on but it was mostly concrete. There were an array of food trucks at the venue selling typical county fair cuisine: hotdogs, kettle corn etc. Plenty of porta potties for both men and women. There was alcohol available to purchase. Now let's get to the stage. The stage was visible by the entire venue. There were two huge screens on the sides of the stage so the people in the back could see the concert. The acoustics were excellent. Best sound carried throughout the venue. Sheila E. was amazing. I definitely recommend Pershing Square for summer concerts. read more

I've actually been here at night when they had the light saber festival! Although being here while the sun is up is a whole other experience. They were setting up for an event so a lot of the area was blocked and there were a lot of homeless people hanging around. The place was clean but it smelled really awful, maybe because the mixture of pollution, people, and the hot sun/air, but it was really nice to be out and about in that area. It is a nice place for a stroll and a great place for events! The dat of my visit was just not a good day but overall a place in the middle of the city to get away and unwind is such a great idea! They also have a small dog area so bring your furry friends (Dogs and humans)!! read more
Beautiful local park in DTLA with plenty of seating, a public restroom, beautiful lights, and even an ice rink during the holidays! The ice rink kind of small, but there's something wonderful about ice skating in the middle of downtown surrounded by all the holiday lights. The ice rink also has a food vendor so you can get refreshments and even popcorn! Perfect for a chilly winter evening walk through the park. There are other activities during other seasons like concerts and parades. Overall a great stop in DTLA if you're in the area. read more
I would give this place a 3.5. Parking is under the square and you can do a lot in downtown while being parked here. For instance, downtown is not far, or Grand Central Market either. I personally think the actual square itself is ghetto as you will see many suspicious individuals (even though LA has a lot) but their grouped in this area. Although during specific seasons they host events such as Christmas time there is an ice skating rink, but nothing much to see in the square itself. read more

Enjoyed the tour of "Art Deco".. understand the various buildings of the 1920's, how they were built with such elaborate materials, symbolism, various countries influences. Downtown LA the change continues, appreciate and learn the history. See the central library, bunker hill. Look at the designs on the buildings, the gothic features, see the wedding setbacks. The downtown area of the 1999's, is changing. read more

This is a awesome place to visit for a quick break or catch some shade for a hot day. Food trucks frequent this spot ,and there is also a playground if you are coming with children, ample seating with umbrellas that provide relief from the sun. There is Artwork along the walls if you care to appreciate it or even take photos and they even have a stage area for Music. read more

Pershing Square is a outdoor public gathering place in middle of downtown or known as financial district. This place is known for hosting many events though out the years, this isn't no where as big as Grand Central park. But this is closer for most people who live and work nearby. Also there's metro station across the street that has the red line make it very easy to transit except if you driving in and from it. Traffic is very bad and is full of one way street nearby. I highly suggest use public transit get here instead of driving if you can. Also, many artist display their work in here from time to time and sometime you can see very cool arts. This isn't wellknown for tourist but is mostly for local and people live nearby. There's a lot of homeless live here. read more

Another place in DTLA I would have never planned to stop and see. Well since during the holiday season they put up an ice rink and decorate the place with lights. It's nice. They are also dog friendly too. Nice little place to see during the holiday season. Parking tough either street or paying lots. read more
The Redbull Soapbox Races brought me here for the first time this past weekend, yay!! What a gorgeous outside space for a ginormous crowd! A huge screen was showing the races up close to a crowd of people sitting/standing/walking in the square, and booths for food and other stuff were set up. Parking was super easy in the lot below, and ended up being a measly $6-ish because we were only there for a few hours. I'd come back here another time, when the entire city of LA isn't here at the same time - it's a pretty cool place to be! read more
We first discovered Pershing Square while looking for a parking garage and it was an unexpected treat. This square in the heart of Los Angeles has a unique story and vibe. There is always some event going on and it is a nice place to hang out with friends and take great pictures of the old buildings surrounding the square. read more
I've noticed Pershing Square in a few movies. Do you know which ones I'm talking about? Speed starring Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock, Takers with Chris Brown and Paul Walker (RIP), and it was the sight where LA Times columnist Steve Lopez met Nathaniel Ayers. Their story inspired the film The Soloist, with Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey Jr. If you visit this public park in DTLA, it's just one square block and not very attractive these days. Some of you may use the underground parking lot to and fro from work. Even though it was renovated and re-opened in 1994, it's not in the best condition these days. There's a lot of loitering going around and the grounds can get really dirty. The homeless is an issue and I feel bad that a lot of them are being pushed to different areas elsewhere, due to all the construction and modernization of Downtown. There's a large fountain, some artwork, an ice skating rink that's quite popular during the wintertime, and a brightly lit concert stage and Christmas trees, which I noticed for the first time last night. Many people feel that the park is uninviting due to its poor design, so I think there's a project underway to fix up the area once again. I still think it's a alright place to walk around with your cup of coffee, if you're going thru that area. Not a real priority on my list of items to see in DTLA, but if you're a tourist looking for LA history, I'm sure you can scratch this off your bucket list. read more
A park in the middle of DTLA, historic Pershing Square offers a little break in the middle of downtown. You can catch a concert, a festival, or even a farmers market here since there pretty much is always something going on here. Stand right in the middle and see the wonderful views of the buildings here. I love coming here to just sit down and relax. Pershing square is pretty much central place to gather your thoughts and explore more of downtown. There's art, a kid's playground, plenty of bikes and scooters to pick up and keep going through the city. They usually have a featured artists along the walls here as well. This is an urban downtown metro park so if you can get away with walking or taking the subway into Pershing Square do it because parking is hard around here. Your best bet is to find parking at a nearby lot or parking garage. Parking meters are scarce around here. There is an official yet unofficial Pershing Square Parking Garage, but I don't know if that's only reserved for special events, however the Pac Mutual building does have an underground garage just to piggyback from the other reviewer who mentioned it. There is a security presence here and that's mainly to push along the drifters that try and squat here. They're certainly trying to keep this park a main attraction in downtown and I commend the efforts here. Watch for the events here at Pershing Square and come check them out when you come downtown! read more

I went here for the Yelp ice skating event. The rink is outdoors so it looks nice especially during Xmas season right now. Only cons is that the rink is small and the ice isn't as slippery as I thought, but it's still okay to skate. Parking garage $7 Lockers $3 read more
I came here yesterday to find some space from the crowded Red Bull Soapbox Races. I have heard of Pershing Square but never seen it before. It is not much to look at except they had the races on a big screen in the square. I read they have a farmers market on Wednesdays, summer concerts and an ice rink in the winter so I will be back. Located off the Pershing metro station. read more

This is a very nice and clean Hilton.its located near bars and restaurants.its only 4 blocks from ther perch restaurant which I recommend, the staff here are very nice and we got to extend our check out time to 12pm. read more
My goodness, what a cool place. Especially now that they just started up with the Ice Skating. Bad jokes aside, there seems to be a real commitment to community round here. They still accommodate a nice Farmers Market and Food Truck thing on Wednesdays. And, really, I don't know too much else, except it is good to come here. Pershing Square is, of course, a scenic way to bisect some large blocks when you're traipsing around Downtown. But, it's also got a new playground for the kiddies, too. Good place to just hangout, or play lot for kids. It is centrally located in the downtown, and has a good parking space. We parked on the lower level and walked our way to the park. On the way, I did see some restrooms, which isn't usual for parking lots to have, so +1 here. The park has a good size play area for kids with slides and kids gym, all colorful, looked fun. Its a great area foe a photoshoot I believe, I saw some bloggers doing some of their shoots and video work. Also, the park hots events, and movies. Close to restaurants and food. read more

I feel kind of strange being the first to review this park.... I know there are those who are way more familiar with this space..... There are reviews for the skating & the metro stop, but not the park itself. I walked by & around this square many times before I actually walked through it! When I finally did, I was bummed out that I didn't go through it earlier. I've even used that metro station! I found out that it is dog friendly, pretty & somewhat of a surprising oasis in the middle of the city. I love the water pool & fountain.... Find a nice little spot & catch the city from a different vantage point. It is nice the city holds events like downtown on ICE & the St. Patrick's Day celebration which is how we spent our Green Day. The park was packed, clean, green & wide open. If you are close by, take a stroll through & come back to have a little lunchie. Downtown has it all. read more
