The pool at the xchange is very clean, the British swim staff is constantly spraying and wiping down areas more so as a covid precaution. Parking can be limited and the pool is on the 4th floor so you want to give yourself plenty of time. Classes start promptly as scheduled. Downside: pool is colder than most. Not great for little ones. I have told by many that it's the xchange management who refuses to keep it at a warmer temperature. Also the cost for swim lessons is on the more expensive side. Aside from that it is a great program and I highly recommend it.

We walked over to a spot that we liked and sat down which is when we noticed that the pool was pleasantly (almost) empty. I went with my fiancé and although this is a family pool with a ton of kids running around they were all so well behaved and sweet. As far as the bathrooms, they're fine. Not amazing, not totally horrible but fine. There's stalls as well as showers and changing rooms. Someone mentioned in another review that the floors were went but maybe that happens later in the day as more people come to the pool. We got there when it opened at 10am and everything was just fine.

Her classes do not receive the same visibility or promotion as many of the more mainstream group activities--and that is a disservice both to her as an instructor and to potential students who would immensely benefit from her expertise. This is especially poignant during the season of Diwali, a sacred time in September/October that honors light over darkness, spiritual renewal, and the triumph of knowledge and mindfulness. The pool is in the basement of Trinity School. No view, not fancy. There is a very small 10 foot…read moredeep pool, then a larger 4 foot deep lap pool. Families swim in the lane nearest the locker rooms, but there are several others for lap swimmers. The place is primarily for the school's use, but it's open to members of the local community for an annual fee (prorated based on when during the year you sign up). The public hours are very limited -- check the website (google "trinity swim club") to be sure it's going to be worth it to you. If you decide it is, just print out the application and send it in per the instructions, and they'll let you know when you've been processed and you can go in to get your photo ID (just ask at the front desk). The locker room is bare bones but clean and serviceable: showers, toilets, lockers, benches, hand dryers placed at varying levels, useful for drying hair. We've been twice so far with our two year old, on weekend afternoons in the summer, and both times it was very uncrowded and the lap pool was a nice 84 degrees. However, friends who use the pool during the school year said that the pool was substantially colder then (presumably for the swim team). Two very nice lifeguards were on duty and all the swimmers very nice. A bunch of pool noodles and kickboards were available for use, even some spare goggles. You have to wear a swim cap, but they've got a handful on hand if you forget yours at home. You're supposed to go in through the locker rooms and you have to shower before going in the pool. They are not huge sticklers and they were kind enough to overlook our getting things wrong our first time there. In short, it's not a fancy place, but if you're in the close neighborhood and just want a place to swim, and the hours work for you, it's a safe, clean, convenient facility with nice staff.
