First off NEVER EVER have them do dentures for you, because they will lie to your face so brazenly! Do you know that if you get dentures from this company they say you have no warranty of any kind only after a problem arises, maybe they should inform their clients that before you fork thousands of dollars out. Even though I know that's a complete lie, my god even the staff says there's a 5 years warranty but then when you call on another day they deny it, they play games! I paid a great deal of money and within 3 years my dentures broke and even the false teeth would crack in half and brake off, this is for both upper and lower dentures. My original Dentist that worked with me, and I like to say how kind and professional he was, but since he quit because he couldn't take this company he worked for anymore because they are so disgustingly corrupt/dishonest. I had an appointment with them 5 weeks ago with one of their newer Dentist and this visit was to look at what they could do for me because my dentures are under 5 year warranty, they didn't charge me for this appointment because of the warranty. Five weeks later still no phone call so that forced me to call them and you know what I got for that? A most disgustingly awful women's voice telling me that no one has ever told me I have a warranty, the way she spoke with me was beyond ridiculously rude. I never been so disrespected with nastiness, rudeness, unprofessionalism, and they lie better then anyone I've ever met in life.

Can I give negative stars??…read more 10 years ago when I was starting my orthodontic treatment I made an appointment with Dr. Agapas, and as he was inspecting my mouth he blatantly said to my mother that my nose was too big for my face, and basically I wouldn't be pretty unless I got my nose done. I left crying and hurt that someone would say this to a 11 year old girl. Looking back on it now I can see how unprofessional and downright rude he was, and I'm thankful I went to an alternate orthodontist. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Agapas unless you want to destroy your child's self confidence.

I called a week before to confirm they received my previous records. They told me on that call that they were no longer going to accept my insurance in 4 days. In other words, 3 days before my appointment my insurance would no longer cover the dental visit. I asked if they could reschedule my appointment before they'd drop my insurance, and they were able to because someone else canceled. However, the morning of my appointment day they said the hygienist and dentist were out sick, and they couldn't find another appointment before the insurance drop date. So I waited 4 months for nothing only to have to wait another 6 months until another dental office could schedule an appointment with me. They should have informed me that they weren't going to accept my insurance anymore. If I had not called in advance, I would have gone to my appointment without accepted insurance. In the end it was a significant waste of time. They really screwed me over.

I can not say enough great things about my experience here! My typical dental visit (other places) can only be described as a nightmare. I usually feel horrible anxiety before, during, and after an appt. My last dentist (ConnextCare Dental of Fulton) actually ripped the napkin off of my neck and yelled "Go Somewhere Else Then" when I spoke up and said I wanted to try and save my tooth (not pull it). Unfortunately, this was during COVID, I couldn't get in anywhere else. After a few minutes of me calming her down, she agreed to fill the tooth instead of pulling it. That filling lasted about 6 months before falling out. I knew I wasn't going back so I researched my options, with my insurance. That's when I discovered Oswego Dental Health Associates (formerly Fulton Dental Health) was now accepting my insurance. I made an appointment (still COVID) and was in the chair 2 weeks later. The dentist was amazingly kind and gentle. He even told me there was still an option to save my tooth (almost a year after the last place said it was impossible!) I have incredibly sensitive teeth and am usually in agony during dental work (or even the water spraying my teeth). Oswego Dental Health Associates went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and pain-free. They even complimented me on being a good patient! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Seriously! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it for myself. Surprisingly, I was calm and anxiety-free during my first visit. I truly felt like I'd been going there forever. As if that isn't enough, to switch dentists now, this place actually worked with me by scheduling my treatments to make the most of my insurance coverage. Seriously, make an appointment today! Before they are full (as always happens with any dentist that isn't a nightmare). If you have kids, this would probably be an awesome place for them. I usually end up feeling like a big baby in most dentist chairs, but these guys boosted my confidence. I left the place looking forward to going back and finishing the things I needed to be done.

Informed that I needed a temporary filling and soon would need a cap. Nothing was done. They had a goid look at my tooth and I left. The dentist also informed me to come back for a major workup on my teeth, a 'really good cleaning' which by the way, I just had two months ago. Anyways without further ado, the bill arrived. 168.00. After calmy challenging the bill several times in order to understand their breakdown, the bill was lowered to $58.00. 2 small x-rays. Clean, friendly, polite until open the book. It's a wonderful life! Prices are ridiculous.

Can't say enough good things about this clinic and Dr Chater and all the staff! Amazing attitudes, so pleasant and friendly, the work Dr Chater does is simply amazing. My whole family goes there and we could not ask for better care and work they have done on each of us.
