The scheduling of the move was fairly easy and I was on the phone with the business owner a few times, just to make sure everything would go smoothly. Being lazy, we ordered the Platinum package, which includes packing up our stuff, moving it to the new flat and putting the boxes in the appropriate rooms. On the day of the move, the movers themselves worked swiftly and communicated well with me. This was by far the most stress-free move I've done and I can highly recommend this service.

If you are someone who has usually tried to save money by bundling boxes of crap into the back of a…read morerental van, tugging at the heart strings of friends to help you load and unload, only to find out you have twice as much crap as can physically fit in the back of the van you spent ages reserving, picking up and driving to your house....just stop it, get these guys in! These guys packed up my whole house into boxes, carried everything into the van, had minimal tea breaks (although I did try to ply them with as much as I possibly could, I truly believe a tead-up labourer is a happy labourer, a mantra I lived by for 3 years when I was labouring...remember that people!), they broke not a thing and were beyond courteous. We were moving when my girlfriend was 9 months pregnant and when they saw this, they even offered to come back a few days later to the new house and move a few pieces of furniture when we knew where we wanted things to go, at no extra charge. Seriously, Dan, you are running a five star outfit here and cannot thank Uli enough for recommending you to us. Oh, and of course they come back for the boxes a few days/weeks later when unpacked. I've used them before to remove boxes and furniture from my flat in 2020 which went to storage…read more I then used them to move into a new flat in 2022 and then now back out of the flat in April 2023 where everything went back into storage. The problem is that the move out is now double the amount quoted and invoiced on previous moves (they only brought a 2 person team instead of larger team before which resulted in extra hours) and now they are telling me that the storage is double the amount I paid in 2020-2022 although it's the same amount of stuff. And no responds from them as to why.

I had to argue in order to pay a little less but I still had to pay more than originally quoted and as a single woman travelling with two men ( there was only supposed to be one man so myself and a friend could go together but 2two turned up) I felt quite threatened and scared for my goods and myself and would not recommend this to anyone!!!! They deliberatley drove slowly to catch as many lights as possible and went a really strange way through central london to turn a 30 minute journey into one that took over an hour. The guys who came to do the moving were nice, lovely, attentive, polite. As soon as I pointed out some of the things were fragile, they told me: "We treat everything as fragile" and that's true! Not everything was packed properly by me but it all arrived perfectly intact. They took exactly the time I thought to load/unload, they showed to me how everything was secured in the van, then I went on the van with them to the new destination. They even wanted to place the boxes in separate areas in my new flat! No need really, it's a studio flat... All they asked for afterwards was to quickly wash their hands, I even offered them a drink (it was bloody hot and still they didn't sweat a bit!) but they kindly refused, off to the next job. Also, they asked me to go and check the van before they left, to make sure they haven't left/stolen anything. I would've paid even double for such a service!
