I have dealt with Glen for 3 or more decades. Their stuff worked . The Seadoo xpdi kit was truly a bolt on n go fast kit.

PLEASE BEWARE! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were given a verbal quote for some work on our boat and never received anything in writing. We would have to call for updates as no one would contact us. When we went to pick up the boat the price had more than doubled. Never completed the work and many parts are missing from the boat. Felt very betrayed and lost almost $2,000. Have to pay someone else now to replace the missing parts and do the work correctly and paying one third of Perry's price. Bad experience read more

'Beware' of this business Perry Performance Group. Took my 2011 RXT 260 Seadoo in for service and an issue after a positive referral from a rider friend and sure wish I would have asked more people prior. Make it short. THEY WRITE YOU UP WITH AN EST. AND STATE THEY WILL CALL YOU ONCE THEY FIGURE IT OUT. Not !!! They called that ski was finished 3 days later and when asking what they did other than service, they advised "What Service". We fixed an ignition problem and replaced parts as needed. I go there, they stated mechanic replaced electrical components, starter, turbo seals. Saw the bill and almost S - - T MY PANTS. So when I told them my ski was in for general maint ( 20 hrs on it) and the gauges flickering, they said, and I quote " well leave it till tomorrow and will get the service done, but you needed the other things too" I asked to speak with the manager and that I didn't authorize $670.00 worth of repairs, let alone the primary visit was service and not even touched. Out comes the owner telling me that they don't remove parts once installed and unless I pay it, I don't get my ski back. He then stated, "we only do work needed and don't rip people off and I can go down the street to one of those shops if id like". BUT PAY YOUR BILL FIRST OR LEAVE. I'm only stating fact and it even got in my face physical which I wont comment on do to legal reasons. Needless to say, I served him 7 days later to small claims court with my service paperwork I signed and they called me to settle it. They paid all my court fees, no charge for service done and $1500 for threatening me and my friend. The power of knowing the Law. The repairs were not even done once another technician checked my ski to make sure it wasn't trashed by them. He said all the original paint was not marked up on bolts for starter or turbo. Went to see Glen at perry performance group today with an issue on my can am outlander that had the entire can am online community stumped. Well let me tell you... This guy knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does! His warehouse is completely spotless and every tool is exactly where it's supposed to be. I work in a lot of homes everyday and this guys shop is cleaner than a lot of homes I've been in!! Glen from PPG knows his stuff and he will get you right for a damn fair price! I'd recommend him to anybody that has any brp products. read more

Today I had an experience that you do not get these days. I have a son in college that bought a cycle while he was at home. He took it apart and then left for college with the cycle in parts in my garage. I took the engine in to Perry Performance Group. The owner met me and was very nice. I informed him that the carburetor had been worked over by my son. We had a new one. The carburetor had been put on backward and the gas cable was on the wrong side. He fixed the carburetor and re welded the gas cable. Very fair price and a great job. Great customer service. Will definitely return. read more

Yes, PPG *is* as good as it gets! 150 miles away but the only place I'll take my 05 SeaDoo Sportster 4-Tec when it needs service. Rob always answers my tech questions efficiently & understandably within MINUTES. I can't say enough good things about them or about Rob! read more

Today's experience with this shop was crazy.The police had to come to resolve the problem. I take my boat to perry performance group to see what was wrong with it since it is not running right. I get there and a man named Glen sat and talked with me a while. Everything seemed fine. I asked him how much does he think everything will cost. He said he doesn't know but he will call me if the cost exceeds 700$. I never received a call so I call them later in the day. Glen goes on to tell me that he already ordered the parts and my boat will take a couple of days to get fixed because they have to get it mailed in which was fine with me. So I ask him how much and he doesn't want to tell me. I said I need to know so he said in parts alone it will be over 800$(we had a contract stating that he will call me if it exceeds 700$). I ask him to give me a break down on what I'm getting charged with and this guy flips and starts calling me names and said if I want the job done right I will pay or come get my boat that he said he is going to put out in the street because he doesn't need my problem because i'm asking to many questions. I was like sir are you seriously going to put my boat off your property because I want to know how my money is being spent. He said he didn't need my problem so I said Im going to get my boat. I left a $300 deposit with him. When I get there I ask for my refund. He did not do any work on my boat but inspect it. I told him I will pay for the inspection to give me the difference. This guy Glen say no to get out of his f@#$ing shop all of this in front of my wife. That I cannot get my money because I wasted his time. I told him you aren't supposed to treat your clients that way that I have my own business and I will never talk to a customer the way he is talking to me. I went to show him my business card and this guy slaps the card out of my hand. He literally put his hands on me. Then he gets on a bobcat and threatening to drag my boat to the middle of the road because he doesn't want me on his property. I had to call the police. When the police comes he refunds my money and I get my boat and go home with no problem solved and 115$ dollars poorer. Note I have all of this on video just in case they try to lie and says none of this happened. And I have the police case number just in case anyone wants to know the truth. In my honest opinion I believe Glen is on drugs. The reason i say this is because the guy is up and down like a roller coaster. One minute he is nice the next he is exploding on you for no apparent reason. Be careful before you deal with this man Glen. read more
