They are very attentive to our family's needs and wishes whether it is dietary or medical. They also keep us notified and updated on meals, nap times, bathroom, learning activities, etc their Brightwheel App, which is awesome! They also occasionally update us with pictures and videos of activities which always brings a smile to my face seeing my little one interact with the other children. Another huge plus for me is their hours! Being that they close at 630PM, it allows plenty of time after work to run any type of errand I need to before picking her up. I will add that I never or hardly ever need to but if I did I would be good! Definitely schedule a visit and see for yourself! The location is great also! Thanks Childtime!

Upon inspection they told me I need a new furnace. Never gave me a Detailed estimate just new boiler system along with a couple parts and $186/mo for 180 months. Or I could pay 14724. (Doing the math that's over $33k!!!) not sure how that happened. He also asked me to sign a waiver in case he broke the gas valve. I said no... don't take it apart you're replacing the whole thing soon anyway... I get a message that he removed it anyway and it broke I now need new parts when I asked him not to remove it! I got a second opinion new furnace is $5k plus labor. Trying to fix gas valve first and that part is only $90 not $700. When asking the comfort advisor(sales person) he said he sent the detailed invoice (I never received it) and could only say "labor is expensive." and "This is the best I can do". Very very disappointed

I recently had a new iron filter and water softener installed by Donamarc Water Systems. While the…read moreinstallation didn't go perfectly, what impressed me most was how they handled the situation afterward. After the installation, I had several concerns involving the cleanup, warranty documentation, communication, and a few installation details. I reached out to the company, and instead of becoming defensive, Brandon Mantel (President) personally responded with a detailed email addressing every concern. Dom also returned to my home to deliver the warranty paperwork, clean up the remaining mess, and review the installation with me. He listened to my concerns, apologized for the issues, and acknowledged that one component of the existing plumbing should have been replaced. No company gets every job perfect. What separates a good company from a great one is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Donamarc took ownership where appropriate, communicated professionally, and worked to make things right. That level of accountability and customer service is something I genuinely appreciate, and it's why I would recommend them. I personally couldn't be more grateful.

Since we are on a well system I contacted this company for a diagnostic examination. The following day Dennis arrived and conducted an extremely thorough review of our well system and determined that the pump needed to be replaced to include a pipe and electrical wiring. Dennis is one of those individuals who is courteous, professional and demonstrates a level of confidence which only comes with decades of experience. Within days the crew showed up (on time) and quickly got to work. These guys were true professionals. The system to include a new pump, electrical wiring and pipe were quickly installed. On top of that after consulting with the crew I had them do a blowout of the well. The amount of sludge and sediment that was expelled from the well was incredible. But more important the debris was completely cleaned up by the crew. This will cut down on changing my water system filter. Many thanks to this wonderful company. We are thrilled with the results and in particular the shower pressure is incredible. WELL DONE.

Like most people it took me a very long time to find a plumbing firm that I was comfortable with. We probably called over a dozen plumbing firms in the last 30 years. Once I contacted JEM and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist I knew we had finally found the right business. Their service is outstanding and their attention to detail is exceptional. Plumbing issues are always unexpected and can create a great deal of worry. It's nice to have JEM in my contact list.
