Kevin and Monica were both great to work with: fast working, quick to respond to messages, clear communicators, and high quality work. We had work split across my individual condo and common spaces to the building, and they did a great job tracking each project separately so to keep finances and future insurance claims manageable. Thank you to both of them and their whole teams for making this as painless as possible

Little instructions to workers on how to make the property look better. they ruin the lawns by their heavy machinery make hard quick stops and turns digging up the turf. they blow the driveways onto the freshly painted front decks railing sidings andnew windows. blow your front mats into the bushes or against the side of the house and do not bother to fix them until you end up tripping over them. A pathetically poorly trained group of workers. hope we get rid of them soon. In winter they load up buckets of salt and sand in one place and not spread it evenly.and its awful. you leave a sign on the front deck to not salt it but of course they do not read and your front entrance is left with tons of salt an sand to track into the house. Other than they i guess they are great.

We had our kitchen renovated and even after we hit a major snag and had a few hiccups, they remained dedicated to completing the job well, rather than rushing through. There were a few instances where our finished surfaces weren't covered after installation and work was still going on (cabinets, countertop, floors) and it would have been great to have them protected right after installation without us asking, but nonetheless they always followed through on our requests and respected our wishes as the homeowners and the finished kitchen came out great. The crew was respectful and we always felt like they really worked hard to ensure we were happy. Beckmann construction very clearly knows what they are doing and are great at it. We would definitely recommend them!

I found M&M Construction on Angi. We had a leak in the basement from our foundation. I called two…read morecompanies to get an estimate and M&M came in about a third of the price for roughly the same work, though their guarantee was about half (10 years) of the other company. Modesto and his sons were excellent--professional, prompt, detailed, and efficient. They sealed the foundation, installed a French drain, and buried the leaders so the gutters wouldn't deposit water along the foundation. They even replanted all of our shrubbery and laid down loom and grass seed to regrow the grass alongside of the house. They regularly communicated via text so I always knew what to expect. I later hired them to do interior work after a plumbing problem which they did once again with excellence. Modesto found the problem and suggested ways to mitigate future problems without trying to upsell me. This project involved pulling out sheetrock and finished carpentry, water mitigation, rebuilding walls, carpentry, and painting. Though it took them longer than expected because of the extent of the damage, he charged the same price that he had quoted. The work was excellent. This company will be on speed dial.

IMO of course :) They demoed our 9 brick stairs and 2 walkways in the front of my house and reinstalled using granite and concrete. They were professional, trustworthy, respectful, and took pride in their work and the product they delivered. They showed up and showed out everyday until completion and minded their business :) Modesto is the head! He's very thoughtful about the way he does business. He's realistic with quotes and he's a dude with A TEAM that delivers!. He stayed connected to the job and us from start to finish. We gave them the freedom to play with the final design and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB on something that's so not exciting, typically! Due to the ugly, beat up brick that was there previously, I feel like the front porch now isn't good enough for my brand new stairs :( I was so impressed over the outcome, I'm ready to have them bid for some other jobs I have brewing in the midst. M&M had restored my faith...for now :)
