They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they explain everything without making me feel like a silly girl who doesn't know anything about cars. I've never had a problem with any of their work. They're also really close to Milton train station so its convenient to get to work once you've dropped your car off.

I do have to add a disclaimer that the extended time may have been my fault, as I was asked if I needed my car back by a particular time and I made the potential mistake of saying I had the day off and was going to wander around the suburb, "so no hurry". I was advised that I'd get a phone call before any work above and beyond the service's standard labour was done - "should be soon, around an hour or so". Three hours later (when I was a bit done with wandering) I figured I'd better call them, in case they'd gotten my number wrong or their calls hadn't been going through while I was burning through data on my phone, or some other excuse. No worries, hey! They only just had my car up on the blocks. Again, like I said, I will claim responsibility for the delay. Make sure you give ABS a pick-up time and I reckon everything should be fine. I was quoted decent prices (eventually, but still in advance) for the additional stuff my car needed, the gents were all lovely, and in the end the timing turned out quite well for me - I got the "come and get it" call just as I'd finished lunch. I would definitely entrust my car's servicing to Bob and the crew at ABS Woolloongabba again.

As we only had 1 car and 2 kids, I really needed to book it in for a service it was long due for. I thought of all the regular places I took my previous cars and then I thought, why not try Ultra Tune... they had a shop in the Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre car park and was nice and convenient, close to where I lived. I rang them up and spoke to Shane the owner, he was friendly, very helpful and was very up front about the costs of the service and what the process would be. So book my Lamby (car pet name) in I said. The same day I rang, my car was booked in. The car was serviced, wheels were shined and the interior was vacuumed. I picked the car up without any delays, they rang me to let me know what was happening and they rang me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up (simple things like this usually have gone overlooked in my past experience). I picked my car up and Shane was really professional, told me he ran the Ultra Tune in Darra and had waited 15 years to get the spot in the shopping centre, only moved in 6 months ago. He was down to earth and the prices were very reasonable. The battery we had to purchase was $100 cheaper than what RACQ had charged me previously and the service was a good $100 cheaper than the next quote I got. The workshop was clean, well looked after and everything was new. I am definetely impressed with the personal service I received, the friendly attitude and the efficiency of the servicing of my car. I am definetely taking my car back there the next time I need to, and maybe I can learn a few pointers. Plus, I am a big supporter of local business. A wheelin' good time.

Because of the national brand accountability is a certain. The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated. I'll never deal with WestPoint again. A few years ago I…read morebought car through the WestPoint Nissan, they were an absolute nightmare. I had a cooling off period because I bought a demonstrator and wanted to make use of this time to confirm some basics things that I forgot to confirm during the deal - stuff like, has the car been serviced, will it be serviced if it missed services - how will this affect the warranty, can I buy the tint and have this applied prior to delivery. They refused to speak to me because they didn't want me to give me a reason to pull out of the deal (not that I planned to) - typical car sales technique. So I decided to use my statutory rights and cancel the deal because noone would speak to me. That is when the fun began! The sales manager called me up and abused me, told me they would change the time stamp on my email so that it was no longer within the 24 hour period, advised they would keep my deposit and if I wanted it I would need to take them to court. It was an absolutely horrible experience when buying a new car is meant to be exciting! Out of fear of losing my deposit I stuck with the deal. When picking up my car they applied a WestPoint sticker to it, even though I has asked them not to! So I peeled it off while it was still fresh before I drove away. The sales manager came over to me and told me how rude I was for doing that. WTF... it was my car and I specifically asked them not to apply their branding and they did anyway! After getting the car, of course it had not received a single service despite having a few thousand KMs on the clock and despite the Nissan service centre being attached! They did rectify that and stamped the logbook. The service people and the bus driver were great, it is just the sales people that made this such an awful experience. More recently I bought a new car through Alfa Salters. Unfortunately Salters was acquired by WestPoint and I got my car serviced through them. The Alfa service was horrid. I was charged $200 more for a logbook service than was quoted over the phone. And they advised me that I did not have a suspension issue when I clearly did. I told them this was not right as I can feel the suspension issue and also hear it when going over bumps, they said I could bring the car in again but if they 'found nothing 'again they would charge me for the check. Today I took my car to EuroMarque in the Valley, they checked out my car and new suspension parts are being flown in from Melbourne because they found a very obvious problem. They even washed my car and treated me like a valued customer. I don't care that this service centre is further away from home, I'll never deal with WestPoint again.

Even if we didn't want the car he was more than happy to give us a test drive and find us the proper person to help us with getting information about a possible trade in.
