Being leary as I was about permanent makeup-especially when my 2 previous experiences (back in California) left me dissatisfied-it took me 6 years to finally go in to see Susan. Notice I said 'was', I no longer am. Immediately, I was at ease. She ASKED me what I wanted-not just told me what she thought. She gave me a pencil and let me show her so there would be no 'permanent' mistakes in the outcome. Let me tell you-this is one patient lady who aims to please. Susan's thought of all the possible comforts to make you feel at ease. There is an initial pinch, but the anesthetic and her charming talk keep you from feeling any grave discomfort. I have had my permanent make-up done by Susan since 2005 and she is very professional in her ability to inform you what exactly she is doing, while the whole time you are relaxing in a heated chair with a warming blanket if you prefer and a bolster under your legs for comfort and neck also..... she listens to what you are concerned with and then gets to work and during the appointment will stop give you a mirror and you both check to see if she is giving the results you requested.... couldn't ask for a nicer more concerned person to have this type of personal work done.... It is YOUR FACE and she cares about that !!!!!!! And when you leave you are given a complete packet of info what to expect and items you will use during the short healing time..... Susan is so wonderful! She cares and listens to what the client wants. I wasn't sure if this was the right thing for me. I don't always wear a lot of makeup, but I do wear my eyeliner on a regular basis. After talking to Susan, a lot of the things that she had to say made a lot of sense. I went to Susan after being very disappointed with the results of permanent makeup done by someone who obviously didn't know what she was doing. Susan not only corrected the horrible job the other woman did on me, she did a fabulous job! I am extremely happy with the results, and have recommended her to numerous people, who are also ecstatic with the results.
