If you're going to charge a client an arm and a leg for a service, at least make sure you know how to perform that style correctly and it should really be no errors. I personally get crochets to save time and she charged me as if I had money to just toss her (adding on fees after I came and could have said don't worry about the extra fees or at least $10 like seriously, since I ended up having to wait a bit) AND took her precious time until around the last hour because she wanted to get to chior rehearsal, on the phone,on facetime, stopped to do another client who came 10 mins earlier to their appointment. I was ok with it because I was already there longer than expected and I'm pretty understanding but she wasn't understanding when she charged me $60 da.n dollars extra just because my crochets were not in the braid style she ASSUMED. Like we're all trying to survive. I'm not a rich person and I felt as if all that she cared about was money, money, money. ($50 deposit...$25...late fee.....etc etc etc) like come on, your work need to be top tier if you're going to be charging clients the price of someone who's getting a freaking frontal. Crochets should NOT be $200 if you charge or can get individual braids around/for that amount AND I brought/bought my own hair. If a person has to be charged a $25 late fee for being late then wouldn't it be fair if we get $25 off for having to wait?? It was the greediness for me. I guess that's why she put the guy first because it's likely for a guy to return more than a female who's not being serviced professionally. She kept dropping the comb and crochet needle. I dislike the thought of germs. She washed my hair but contaminated it continuously by dropping and reusing the same pink comb with the broken teeth at the front and crochet needle. She doesn't have her cosmetologist license but you shouldn't have to go to school to know that dropping something and putting it back into someone head without cleaning it is nasty.

I always come here for my hair cuts! I have had multiple appointments and done one walk-in so far,…read moreand have been extremely impressed! I seen brynn (hope im spelling that right) during my walk-in and she was so kind and didn't force me into an awkward conversation, and truly did such a great job with my hair its super thick so i wanted to add a little bit of layers and she did amazing!

I booked my mom a same day appointment to get her hair permed. I called around 1:30p and they said…read morewe could come at 5. They called us back to say that since the salon closed at 8 she would not be able to sit underneath a dryer only diffused. We said that was fine as long as her hair wasn't soaking wet and she had curls. The perm was done, I left a 20% tip on my card and we left. She had curls when we left. The next morning she had loose waves so, we used mousse and a diffuser. By day 5, there were no curls at all. The stylist was pleasurable but with what my mom's hair looks like now it's obvious she did not do her perm correctly. So we've wasted $180 on a hairstyle that is no more. I feel like this salon should've had us come in the next day instead of booking same day and basically having a rush job done to ensure they closed on time. We would have been perfectly fine with that.
