It's all homemade, handmade items. Right here on site. Firstly the Kouign-Amann is the best we've ever had. It's the perfect mix of buttery, sugary, crunchy and soft. Amazing texture and flavour. And then there are the cookies (sablés, roues de charette). Made with lots of butter. In many forms: classic, with chocolate, whole grain, charred...and many more. They are so wonderful, it's hard to put it in words. They are divine, fantastic buttery flavour and great in texture. One could easily eat a whole pack of them. We tried some right after buying some...and went right back into the store to get a lot more. These products here are just beyond amazing. Too bad there's no way to get them back here at home. But next time in France we'll be back. Even it takes hours of detours, it's worth a (long) drive. Highly recommended and not to be missed!
