The facility asked for payment upfront until Medi-Cal kicks, at which point we reached out to The office reached out to the facility our Mother is to move into and yielded no result. I sent a detailed letter to Mr. Matsunaga on October 8 with details about our situation and he did not return the email. I reached out to the office to follow up and eventually was called back by Uvi his paralegal. She told me that we paid them $3500 to file our Medi-Cal and that is it. Their website clearly state that they expedite claims which is untrue, the average is 30 to 40 day for approval. They are quoting the same. The site clearly state that they help you with planning of which they did not. Waste of
