I do not like to complain but I want people to know what they are getting into when buying from this place. They have now lost a 30 year customer I have to deal with them until I trade in after that I will never darken their door again.

Gave them my phone number. Over the next week I called them 4 times. Never got to speak to any one. Asked them to call back. They never called. After one week. I called and told them in a message. I was coming to pick up my vehicle. When I got there they said they had tried to call numerous times. Checked phone number again. They did not do any work at all. Said they would call me that day to go over what they found. They never called. We were going to purchase an SUV from them. But not now. If that is how they provide service. We strongly recommend you do not use this dealer for service

Every number to this dealership leads back to a gentleman named Levi. He directed us to perform a…read morewire transfer multiple times to this dealership with only a purchase agreement halfway completed. There was an out the door price without a price breakdown nor other official documents included (odometer disclosure, title transfer, and so on). After confirming the VIN for the preapproval loan with the bank and getting a check made payable to the dealership, he did not communicate with me. In fact, he did not answer my phone calls nor did he reply to my text messages. Levi lacked transparency and etiquette. As a sales person for a real dealership with a brand to lose, I've never seen anything like this before. If I was the reason someone told my boss that they did not complete a $50,000 transaction I would have to find somewhere else to work, tomorrow. Buyers beware, be very careful, be very cautious- do not give this company money before you receive any merchandise and or paperwork for said merchandise. PS, I just had to add this, because I have not heard from this dealership since Tuesday of last week I find it highly ironic that they wanna reach back out to me today because I transparently put them on blast and let all of their potential clients know what type of business they do here. Here are the pictures to prove it. about 5 hours after I posted my review on google, this company used my email to subscribe to hundreds of different companies since I transparently and honestly explained my experience with them in hopes that potential customers would see how they do business.... in the last roughly 6 hours I have gotten over 5,000 spam emails...

McVille Motors even brought the truck to us so we didn't have to drive there being they were coming to town already! That's great. Then starts the nit picking on the truck we were trading in, nothing was being left alone and would continue to be brought up even after the trade was finalized. This was even happening on different days after the sale. The one thing they were obsessed about was the tailgate of the truck we had needing to be painted, but didn't seem to mind that they were selling a truck that had a rusty tailgate. When my husband and I took our "new" to us truck out of town, it was HORRIBLE!! The back window did nothing but rattle and the rest of the windows except the drivers window all frosted over with thick frost. It's not easy or safe driving that way. If someone is going to nit pick everything about a vehicle they are taking for a trade, then they need to make sure that the truck they are selling is perfect!
