We were greeted by a nice woman and allowed to browse at our pace but she was always available for questions. She checked in on us and was helpful. Several farmhouse tables were available and each set had a unique tablescape for different decors and styles. Great building basics or accent selections are in-house for either a bedroom, living or family room with sofa's, casual chairs or recliners with coffee and end tables to compliment the furniture groupings. I love the mixture of farmhouse and traditional, timeless staple pieces with so many accessories to select from. Pottery, all types of candles, table linens, many lamps, prints, picture frames, seasonal decor with some primitive, and many unique finds. There's even an adorable selection of baby clothing perfect for gifts. Beautiful, seasonally decorated front porch area you don't want to pass up. If your in the area I highly recommend a visit to Wittmer Furniture.

The customer service rep was helpful and answered all my questions. It took awhile to get my order because they were backed up at that time. When my deadbolts arrived, they were nicely labeled and really easy to install. I really liked their product so I ended up ordering some handle sets from them too. They ended up sending me 2 deadbolts instead. When I called to let them know, the person on the phone was apologetic and stated that she'll send the correct order out the same day. A few minutes later I got an e-mail that they charged my card for the new order. Why am I getting charged twice for an order I never received? They never even confirmed with me that they can charge the card on file. It took awhile on the phone to get it figured out but in the end they just charged me the difference in shipping costs. Overall, I'm a fan of the product but not happy with this one incident. At least it sounds like it's been resolved. I'll update when I get my handle sets!
