You can walk to everything in town within 10 minutes. All restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The inn itself was super clean and cozy. The bedrooms were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The inn keepers were super nice and accommodating for everything you needed. They serve breakfast daily and there are delicious treats available in the afternoon. There is also canned water always available. Each day they put a recommended dialysis schedule under your door for things to do, as well as the breakfast special. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to the island!

They let me take a seat while they finished setting up. They have whatever you are looking for on their menu. No one leaves hungry. I had the the three egg omelette with peppers, spinach and mushrooms substituting fruit for the hash browns. They brought me my bill without asking. The waiter checked several times to see if I needed anything. He had definitely had some coaching because everything was perfect. A tad bit pricey but that is Nantucket from you. I would return if on the island.

Seriously. Innkeeper - Mary Ellen is sweet, accommodating and makes a mean banana nut muffin. She also washed and cut up some fruit we bought at the market so we could have it with breakfast. Location - a short walk to restaurants, shops and the harbor. Amenities - the outdoor shower proved handy for our group after long, sweaty runs around the island. Breakfast included fresh fruit salad, OJ, coffee/tea, home baked muffins and more. Cons: Size - there are 3 guest rooms so there's not a lot of choice; however, if you booked with two other couples it's like your own private floor. Rooms - I'm a bed snob and I had a tough time sleeping on the first night. The pillows were rock hard. We did, however, have a DVD player and TV in the room so we popped in a flick to distract us from the distinctly-not-tempurpedic bed. Quirkiness - The innkeepers son seems to live on the floor above the guest rooms and would walk up and down the hall at odd hours. This would be fine except that two rooms share a bathroom and I seemed to keep getting caught in the hallway in a towel. It's also an old house in a humid climate, and as such has a bit of that old house smell which was at war with a small army of plug in air fresheners. Personally, I'd rather smell a bit of old house than 5 aggressively competing florals. For the money you could do much worse -- the hospitality was great and I'll be bringing my own pillow next time.

We were so excited to sleep in a canopy bed that was soooo comfortable and clean. We will definitely return to the Island, and when we do, we will re-visit the Easton House for sure. The house is 200 years old and absolutely gorgeous and fileld with character. Cyril, Judy, and their daughter Deborah were really sweet and accommodating, and made sure to give their guests space as well. We'll definitely be back for many years to come, and we're so happy we found this historical gem!

The room itself was exceptional. In room 1 - Cozy living space with a sofa bed, then a separate bedroom with a king size bed. Bath tub and shower. There is a Keurig in your room but the common area right when you walk in, has a reading area, dining table, Keurig, selection of teas and coffee, and the trail mix. They have other locations too so I definitely want to stay at this place again.

Perfect location, beautiful views of the Oaks Bluff harbor from our 3rd floor room balcony. We took advantage of the comfortable porches to people watch and view the breathtaking sunsets. Quiet despite being right on the street. Our room was very nicely decorated, spacious, extremely comfy beds, great shower and amazing A/C! Overall very cozy and quaint! Our host Billy is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning here in the future! Highly Recommended!
