The flowers are beautiful every time, and the staff is so nice and helpful. As a recent example, I ordered flowers to be sent to my Grandma on her birthday. She's an older lady. I was on the phone with her when her flowers were delivered (and she actually had two -- my mom ordered her flowers as well!). The delivery person offered to bring the flowers in, made suggestions in her home on where they would look nice, told her happy birthday 3-6 times, offered a birthday hug AND asked if she could get my Grandma anything before she left. I wish I could've hugged her through the phone! She went above and beyond to personalize the delivery and make my Grandma feel special. I remember these folks being like this since I was a little kid -- so I'm glad to say my family has been customers for the better part of at least 50+ years. Don't make the mistake of going to any other florist in Cortland. ;)

When I did not hear anything from my sister a contacted a 2nd sister who was helping, she said no flowers arrived, I emailed shop who responded first thing (7am) saying when she gets to shop she would call me. The tried to deliver twice and when no answer second time they left on porch. Manager personally went to deliver a replacement and called me back saying that there was no response. I described house and location and she went back on her way home. She found the original delivery and brought both to my sister who now has 2 beautiful bouquets. Amazing effort to make this situation right which was also hampered by them knowing the customer had surgery and did not want to disturb her. Highly recomend
