When I questioned them she got indignant and could not understand that I did not want or like the arrangement they sent. When I told her I wanted her to pick up the arrangement and credit my account she said ok. She never picked up the piece nor did she credit my account. I had to call my credit card company and put a stop payment on the order. The credit card company credited my account. This is not the first time members of my family had issues with Gennarelli's Flower Shop but it is the last time the family does business with them.
