It has nothing to do with his fee, although he is most definitely hirer than most attorneys for Jefferson county. My issue with him was in the middle of our consultation, he looked at me and said "can you even afford an attorney?!" ok, so I was on my way to the pool, hadn't showered, & looked a bit rougher than usual, I'll give him that, but that does not call for the way he looked me up & down then asked that question in a very condescending voice. If I couldn't afford you, I wouldn't have been there! So I hired someone else to handle my cases, he was a little less money and has never acted as if I'm below him or unable to pay for his services. Mr. White could use some "bedside manners", so to speak!

i highly do not recommend these muthaf...ers!!!…read more these fools made friends with my opposition and waited two weeks after avoiding me for two months to tell me to find another attorney. my filing deadline was literally in two weeks. hannah dillashaws sorry a$$ got upset after we had words. because how in the heck do yall ask me to settle once case for less than we discussed after the company we sued asked if they can help us sue the bigger company. i told her that i don't need the person who im suing to testify on my behalf to sue the bigger company. the only reason she wanted to speak up is because she lost her contract and wanted to get them back. i told hannah that if her testimony was outside of anything that i've said then she's been lying the whole time and why do i need a liar speaking up for me. anyway, i was told at work by several white men about their penis' after complaining to hr, i was having my personal belongings stolen from me, people were going in my purse stealing from me, then i was terminated. they lied and said that i quit the job. i never quit!!! this was actually an easy case because i had everything that happened to me, every meeting with hr, even my termination recorded. hannah and michael are lowdown scumbags. they intentionally avoided my phone calls for 2 months after we received the right to sue. they tried to let time run out so that my case would be dismissed. i literally called hannah everyday, several time per day, left several messages and emails. she finally called me back after i had several other people call from different numbers and she answered for them, two weeks before my final filing day to say that they were not representing me. i said this is a fine time to tell me with a couple of days left to find an a attorney. being condescending she said you actually have two weeks as if she didn't care. do not use this law firm. they suck big f'n losers!!!

Please click on the link below after you read the excerpt if you would like to hear a little bit about my experience with this law firm. I Hired Bahakel & Associates back in April 2018 to continue representing me in a gruesome divorce case that started in 2017. I must say, Mr. Phillip Bahakel is very knowledgeable at law and speaks it very well in which I admit convinced me to hire him. Upon my initial consultation with Mr. Phillip he was able to point out several issues that my previous attorney made. I went to Mr. Phillip in desperate need of good representation. I didn't have the fund to afford Mr. Phillip, but my family listened at how a bragged on him and his exceptional knowledge and experience in family law so they paid Mr. Phillip for me................ (Excluded) Mr. Phillip didn't get 2 stars by accident, he got an additional star for how well he fooled and played me for 10 months, such an amazing character that makes you feel like he's so compassionate.
