This "law firm" is a complete scam. Kept harassing an elderly tenant at the apartment complex I work at trying to say she had been in an accident in 2025.... yet she hasn't driven in 2-3 years. My case got sent to this law firm as scrap by Morgan and Morgan. This firm called me, acted all like they cared....I was on my way driving to my MRI for the injury and they wanted me to sign the contingency agreement....I said I was driving. They said they would call me back at 5:30 p.m. I got out of MRI and in looking at the agreement I didn't sign yet because I have questions before doing so. Now I it is more than 30 min past when they were to call. So because I didn't sign yet you aren't going to call me? How do I sign if I have questions? Everything could improve. Starting with stop lying to your clients. Answer text messages or voice mail. I was treated like an innocent step child. Even when I filled complaints, they went unanswered. Even when they told me my check was on the way in the mail, it was still sitting on her desk for another week. Lied about FedEx will deliver it when actually it was sent in the US postal service. The absolute worst, what can I add? When you are told that they are going to take care of you then when you call,email, try smoke signal, anything. You get nothing, two weeks wasted, in pain they told me don't talk to anyone,I didn't realize that meant them as well. I couldn't get answers, I was ignored email, phone calls, I get silence until two weeks later saying that they can't help me, two weeks wasted. You don't matter. Now I have to start all over again. This firm dropped my case without knowing my medical history and that I'm handicapped. And that not even the tip of the iceberg. I live in Vermont 15 minutes from Killington and very close to the 2nd largest hospital in the state. That's where I was born. I ate at the only two McDonald's recently and not only was I treated horribly I am immune compromised because i have had a liver transplant. That's what drinking alcohol for 25 years almost every day does to you. Anyways I ended up getting food poisoning from one establishment and got told to leave by both McDonald's only because I can't eat cold food. Numerous times I had said that I need it fresh and hot which they refused to multiple times and basically left with nothing to eat and my money taken. I told them that I am immune deficient and they didn't even know what that meant. I'm never eating McDonald's again because of this experience. I've tried calling McDonald's corporate office to no avail to talk about this incident. So my transplant liver has cirrhosis because a couple years after I received the healthy liver my first dog died from cancer and started drinking alcohol again. My kidneys were also damaged as a result of that. So fast forward to this last week of hell for myself I wound up at the hospital with extreme pain in the area of my kidneys and hips. I drove myself to the hospital because my wife was at work. She's a registered nurse in the icu. The hospital where I was born is where she works tirelessly with great respect and compassion for her patients and stands out because of her dedication and commitment to her profession. I'm extremely embarrassed by what transpired in the emergency department. I went into severe distress and feared for my life. when I arrived not to mention extreme pain only to be questioned about all the wrong reasons why I was there. They thought I was intoxicated or had a stroke to begin with and I had to explain my medical history multiple different times and just that was extremely exhausting only thing that they could find was an enlarged appendix which I've never experienced. I'm also on dialysis because of this hospital. Last year beginning of April I went there to have the ascites drained from my stomach before we went on vacation to the Dominican Republic and refused to give me any albumin and almost died as a result. So I wound up spending a month at UVM hospital in Vermont and then needing dialysis. I'm 43 currently and on disability is my only income right now as a result. I'll be a year sober march 28 and it's the longest I've ever been sober. I'm finally getting to enjoy my life free from those chains and this has to happen. I'm just trying to be happy,healthy and excited to finally live life how it should be and this happens. I get knocked down every day and every day I get back up and fight for my life currently. Not only is this company a bunch of swindlers and money hungry they literally let me down in a great time of needing medical attention as result of getting food poisoning from some place where the entire world eats. I feel really discouraged and hopeless because of this firm and what transpired. Don't waste any of your time dealing with these people. Very poor service. read more

I spent an hour on the phone with them going over my situation and they said I qualified to get help with my auto accident. I sent them a ton of personal information about myself and the accident and 5 seconds after they had me sign the paperwork they text me to tell me they can't help me. The problem that I had with Alexander Shunnarah is you go to his office to hire him as a attorney. He source out your case to other people. He had my case about four years and never did nothing with it until this year. The first person died and the second one is refusing to give me my monies. The attorney he referred me to has been the meanest person I have had to deal with in my life. I'm sure the monies has been placed in an interest bearing account. It has been two weeks since they have received my monies and still has not given them to me. I am about to start a go fund me account so I'm able to get me some where to live. I've been sicken by how I've been treated. I would advise no one to use his office that love yourself more. Only other thing I can do is file a default claim on him. I'm on the fence because at first they were really helpful during my ongoing case. They even paid a light bill for me but now they don't return phone calls, lie and just flat out ignore me. An intoxicated driver hit my daughter and me resulting in my car being totaled. The other driver's insurance paid for me to have a rental until my car company was paid off. My car company has been paid off, I'm stuck without a vehicle which resulted in me losing my job. No income means I can't pay my bills or care for my children properly and my attorney basically told me it could take months to settle and she's sorry I'm having a hard time. That was 2 weeks ago. Hi everyone I have something to say If you don't have insurance on your car and you get hurt from a hit from behind that's pain you are in for the rest of your lift. I went though a process with them for at lease a year or more at the last minute I get a letter in the mail saying the insurance place put a contract together saying for having no insurance they will only pay so much,I even got 500 from them for Christmas so my kids could get something I had lost my job going to so many doctors,They contact the doctors got them to lower their price they were suppose to get 30% well before anyone got anything they got paid first what I got from them for Christmas they goy twice as much by the time they was done getting their money I did not get near what I should have,They look out for them self.
