Lou came to my house which is a hour away from his shop and worked on the cart apologizing all the time he was explaining if he could not fix it at my house he would comeback and get it and make it right. Two days later he came and got the cart. fixed it and brought it back the next day. He also told us if we needed anything else he would be here to make it right. The deal was too good to pass up and everyone that has helped us out was amazing. We dealt with Jim and Heather. When they delivered our cart to our house is didn't fit in our garage. The person delivering the cart couldn't have been nicer. They offered to take the cart back and cut the pole for the roof down and had it back to us in a couple of days. A few of them looked at me walk in but continued their conversation. No one asked "Could I help you" or even looked like they had any interest in my business. If I could give this place no stars I would. Maybe they aren't used to seeing people "Like Me" come into these establishments often, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. They are in need of New Management. If the is the quality of staff that we have to hire and deal with Post Pandemic our economy will continue to be in bad shape. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well.
