I had originally ordered flowers for a memorial service through the listing shown on the mortuary's site. I received a message that the florist they were using did not have the type of flowers I had wanted and were going to do substitutions. The spray I ordered had lilies, roses, orchids & gladioli with beautiful greenery in a modern display. I was told since the order needed to be processed to meet the deadline, they were going to proceed with substitutions of button mums, carnations and roses. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the substitutions as they were not at all the "look and type" of flowers I wanted to express my sympathies. I called Perfect Petals and described my situation. They were so helpful and kind and really seemed to understand the type of look and arrangement I was trying to achieve. They noted the types of flowers and colors I wanted and the overall feel I was after. Even though it was a very short timeframe to have the arrangement made and delivered, they put together a stunning spray that really reflected my wishes. As I was across the country and could not attend the service, they sent me a picture of the arrangement so I could actually see what they put together. I was so happy and pleased, the spray turned out gorgeous with the types of flowers I wanted. Perfect Petals really did an outstanding job.
