You walk into the reception area, which is light and professional and very, very clean, and you get the idea that this is a Fortune 50 company reception area. The individual meeting rooms have personality that can work for a small business meeting, as well as workshops and conferences! Excellent space, and people who'll make you look good. I checked in with the front desk and was directed to wait for my meeting. I walked around the space and while it was really busy I was pleasantly surprised at how much space there was. This located is multiple leveled with small and large conference rooms, seperate phone booths for private conversations and regular meeting spaces. I really enjoyed that there was a kitchen that users can access. There's coffee, and in the late afternoon there is a beer and cider tap. My understanding is members pay a monthly fee to utilize the space. The more the member pays the better the perks. The space is very inviting and "hip"- I need to learn more lingo. I'm glad I was able to check this place out and it's a great spot of you are running a business and need a central location.

But the space itself / office policies have some issues: - It is really dark. The lights are never completely on - they seem to have all of the lights on a dimmer set very low. In the interior offices it's like working in a closet with a 10 watt lightbulb hanging above you, or feels like you are in a basement. Kind of depressing. - Hall meetings. They have set up a few companies with numerous single or small offices in a row, as opposed to putting everyone into a larger single office. Which I'm sure those workers like, but what happens is that they then treat the hallway as their meeting space - they leave all of their office doors open, and yell at each other across / down the hall, and constantly take calls / have impromptu meetings in the hall. Great for them - not great for everyone else in the hall who doesn't want to hear it all day. This alone is enough to make us want to find a different office provider as we have constant confrontations with two groups that do this - they basically use the entire hallway as their office.

This office space complex had a complete remodel over the last year. The thought to detail is just amazing. They have gyms, Cafe's over looking the lobby, daycare for its tenants, stunning seating areas and a beautiful lobby with comfortable and stylish furniture. I also like the touch feature on the big screen office listing, as you enter the lobby. I almost wish that they would rent out condo spaces. My only concern is the parking. I have gotten stuck in the lot, when the ticket machine doesn't recognize my stamped ticket. Unfortunately, the response from the call button was really challenging. So, Caprock I hope you can look into that issue. But, other than that this place is just gorgeous and I had to bring attention to it for businesses that may be looking for a place to rent in a high traffic area like Bethesda, Maryland.

PLEASE BEWARE! I recently booked a weekend at the apartment shown in the main photo. I communicated…read morequite a bit with the company ahead of our stay and they were fairly responsive. However, when I arrived to the unit with my son and his friend to celebrate his 12th birthday weekend, I was shocked that the unit they put me in was NOT the same unit. The unit that I was placed in was significantly smaller in the living spaces and only had 1 bathroom instead of 2 in the original listing. When I contacted the owner, the response was essentially "Oh yeah, there was an issue with the other unit, enjoy this one instead." Despite the back and forth we'd been having earlier, they never once indicated any issues with the unit I had booked and they never actually updated or modified my booking to reflect the lower price or reality. The unit that I did stay in still shows up on Airbnb as 'never booked' but based on the dirtiness, I find that hard to believe and it makes me wonder if there is a scam at play. They gave me $98.99 refund --after I made a stink--which did not even cover the cost differential between the two listed locations and certainly did not compensate or make up for their blatant dishonesty. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS before renting any unit from this host/owner.

The building is safe, in a great location (right next to shopping, restaurants, etc., and a 7 min drive from the metro station), and has a well-equipped, clean gym.
