If I pick out a white gel color from the wall and give it too the assigned tech and say " gel nail full set" then that what I wanted and am paying for. Yall the man gave me French tips with gel polish topped off!‍ NOT what I said so thinking there a big language barrier...I would recommend showing a picture from your phone...cause geeshhhh. ‍Then, when I politely addressed that this was not what I communicated....a lady who was not my tech is going to tell me that, "I must have meant to say something else or didn't understand what I wanted". Quickly painted them in under a minute. There was fingernail polish all over both of our toes and when we asked her to clean them up she acted like there was nothing wrong until we physically pointed out the nail polish everywhere. She only did one coat of polish on mine and then they sent us on our way with wet nails. We paid $60 for that?? I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My mother was the only person in the establishment other than the technician. Roughly a half hour passes, which is a fair amount of time for a typical pedicure. I picked up my mom, settled her bill and returned to my mother waiting in my car. I glanced over at her feet from the driver's seat where I was and I saw her right foot furthest from me it looked great. I complimented how nice her toenails looked. She agreed, not wanting to sound un-thankful. Then she hesitatingly said "But she bout scrubbed me raw on the top of my left foot." I looked over and literally halfway up the top of her foot were 4-5 open abrasions freshly scrubbed off showing the meat. Thankfully in the following day or two they scabbed over, given my mother is diabetic.
