When I went they were pretty crooked and I was actually looking in the mirror thinking I don't think it's going to be able to be fixed without making them so thin that they looked like we used to wear them back in the 90s. She looked at them after I told her that they were really crooked and said oh no what happened? Why are they missing so much right there (they were both crooked and over plucked on the edge of one. But somehow she managed to make them look good without removing too much hair on either of them. She reassured me that the hair would grow back soon and advised me not to touch them. EDIT*** I've now had the set of nails for almost 5 days. I have not been hard on them, and they are peeling up from every direction, and catching in my hair. This is expected after a good wear, but I have never had a Sub acrylic last less than a week. If they had lasted, I would maybe go back since they were expensive. Compared to other salons, but this has really solidified my opinion of the salon.*** Here the thing, I know not all salons are going to follow every little legal stipulation just like any other establishment BUT when a service is being done right in front of your face and on your body (with pretty high risks for skin contamination/disease) I think it's important that certain things are followed. For instance, it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT for nail techs to pour things like acrylic powder or polish into single use containers and should never "double dip" into the main product container. When I went into this salon they were pretty busy, especially for a Friday around 12, but they got me sat really fast and got to work. Overall I don't hate or love the end product. They aren't super consistent with length and shape but I've definitely had worse manicures and it wasn't expensive. The nail tech I had did not seem to care about my opinion on the nails and was very very rushed through the process. He double dipped into every single product he used in me and the bit, file, and scissors were picked up off a dirty work bench then used directly on my own nails...disgusting. My nails also hurt a lot when I left from VERY aggressive filing that left my fingers aching for multiple days. Then when I got chrome on top the tech used his bare, unwashed, finger to dip and rub the chrome on. Overall the service was pretty crappy...but the end product wasn't the worst and they were pretty cheap. So I'm calling this salon a hit or miss for now. read more

I have visited this location about 3 different times to ensure I tried as many of the nail techs I could. From those visits, I can conclude they are the perfect place to go if you are in need of a quick nail appointment. They do not take appointments so sometimes it takes a while to get in. The first time, I got my nails done by one of the men who worked near the back and he created a color for me to achieve the perfect pink and I appreciated that. The nails were ok but they did not last as long as I thought they would, so I never went back to him. I then came in to do a soak off - I think it was done by the lady near the front door, Phoebe if I am not mistaken was her name. She first took another fake nail and tried to pop them off and I told her I wanted them soaked off, she said it would take longer and I told her that was fine. She soaked them in acetone and took someone else which I felt made my nails soak longer and they were super red and had rings of fire after they were finished soaking. The third time I came for a refill and Landon was super quick. They do not have shellac with the names on their colors but Landon showed me three red colors to help me match my toes. I ended up getting Chili Pepper I think. Landon was quick with the refill and did not talk. The nails turned out ok and I would probably return and let Landon do a refill if my regular nail tech is not available. He did cut me while doing my nails but I only noticed when washing my hands and I was cleaning with the brush. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. I requested a specific color, but the lady doing my nails refused to give me what I asked for, simply saying, 'No, I can't do that.' But I was wanting to refill the same color I originally had on that they did previously. Despite me expressing that I didn't like the color she chose, she continued to paint my nails in that color. Okay so I LOVE Perfect Nails, I go here religiously. BUT I always make sure phoebe does my nails because I'm super picky about what my nails look like. Today I went in and there was about an hour and a half wait and I was kinda over it so I went to the first available. I'm not sure of his name but as soon as I sat down at his chair it was a nightmare. I went in for a fill and a color change in when he started taking off the color of my shellac, he asked if I wanted them shorter. I said sure go ahead and he proceeds to file my nails down with the electric file. Her left a ton of leftover acrylic under my nails and didn't seem to care so I had to pick out the acrylic myself. The guy was super nice but I'll make sure I go to Phoebe no matter how long I have to wait. He left under my nails super bulky and when I asked him to fix it he already had another person in his chair so I was going to have to wait 20 minutes. The absolute WORST nail salon I've been to in over 30 years of getting my nails done. The pedicure lasted no more then 15 minutes and it wasn't because they were busy. The nail tech said she could not do my nails the way I liked which was a simple pink and white tip acrylic over my own nail. I attempted to discuss my displeasure with manager whom was in no way interested in my complaints. I was charged $33 for the worst pedicure ever and then had to go to another salon that was competent enough to do my nails. My toe nails were cut so short that the tech was filing my skin.
