Then right when summer turns to fall Melvin did not show up for WEEKS - after I already paid our monthly invoice. I sent message after message and he was not responsive. When he finally showed up randomly weeks later, he said he went out of the country. Again, there was no notice he would be gone. He just showed up whenever. Imagine my surprise that he asked me to pay for the next month's invoice, even though he still owed me another weeks of service based on what I already paid. I told him that the service he did today and next week's service (he was coming weekly) are already covered by the month I already paid. And since he didn't show up he still owed me 2 weeks worth of service. I told him I would pay for the future month's service the next week when he showed up. He said okay. The following week he did not show up. My calls and texts went unanswered. After not hearing from him in a week, I sent a final message (he never responded to.) That was over 6 months ago. My husband and I have since moved to new home. If you want someone reliable look elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the comically large, BULBOUS mounds of pine straw he installed when we just asked (and paid for) a border around our flower beds. TLDR: Do not recommend.
