I'm a first time home buyer and had a disastrous experience with ANOTHER "inspector" who cancelled at the last minute which proved to be divine intervention from God!! On short notice (2 hours) Ron was able to talk with me, explain his process and come out to a house I was interested in buying. He made me feel at ease, even allowed me to walk around with him at times and explained any issues he found. I was able to ask questions and he answered honestly. He was soooo thorough. I needed a quick turnaround so I wouldn't lose my due diligence money and mannnn did he deliver. I was able to utilize his very detailed report and pictures to uncover issues that the seller was trying to hide and negotiate a better price that suited my budget. He has all of the up to date technology that helped him to see on the roof, determine if water damage was present and even scope the sewer line. I felt so confident after having him there. He was soooo professional and thorough! His prices were comparable to others I surveyed, maybe even better bc he offered a warranty and offered a good deal if I needed more tests. The best money that I've spent for this peace of mind. He was also very responsive. Anytime I texted, called or emailed with a concern, he was always right there. I loved how the report could be viewed in an app that allows you to estimate the costs of the repairs and creates a whole itemized list with a running tally so you can know how much the repairs would cost. He took so many great pictures and even video. Someone like me needs this kind of assurance. I need to see everything and he made sure I did and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing stuff. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and he takes his time. I had the home inspection, added sewer scope, mold and Radon testing bc I have a basement. The labs were quick. If you are straddling the fence with picking the right person or just have no clue.. please call Ron! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
