Do not trust Perfect Clinic, ever !
This clinic just likes to get your money, perform some low-quality surgery and then they play hide-and-seek
should any problem arise.
Pre-operative consultation ? Forget it ! 5 minutes of uhm-uhms to your doubts, your questions, your desired
results. Pre-/post-operative photographs ? No,no...
I went there for the first time in January 2013 and
these things alone should have set off some alarms for me, but it was my first surgery ever...I should have
known better.
The second time I really just wanted them to fix their errors.
This clinic is dangerous (!):
they botched my first surgeries (abdominoplasty +
gynecomastia treatment) then the fake "revision" of the
abdominoplasty and a buttock lift (which can be seen as
an extension of the abdominoplasty to the back).
Routine surgeries. Botched. Every single one.
Abdominoplasty. Botched. Twice.
Dr. Lukas Frajer actually performed those knife jobs:
my family doctor, and some surgeons that saw the results said:
"what a butcher ! and wtf is that ?". Textual.
And, boy, you can really only expect these results from
a butcher. Stay away from him !
Now I got:
scars, up to 1 cm wide, going up and downs, spiraling
around my body (with a straight line to make them meet)
that cannot be hidden because the cut was done too high;
a creepy looking navel and a scar right above it that
looks like a second one;
pseudo-bursae, dog ears and muscles tightened so much it's ridiculous (still !).
He even "forgot" to perform parts of the procedures that I stressed upon, the important ones: most extra
fat and skin was left there.
Unfortunately, it doesn't end here...
Errors "may" happen and some bad luck probably too, incompetence, though not an excuse, is widespread but
it's their behaviour that truly needs to be described.
Location, cost, even result of surgeries are totally irrelevant with people like this.
By the way, now you know you are not going to get
what you want here...
8 May 2013, abdominoplasty revision and lower back/buttock lift:
during the surgeries and immediately after -while still at the clinic, with the drainages on- I had a massive
blood loss. Ok.
I was not even informed about that (!) and they sent
me away after 2 (two) nights at the clinic.
Like a charm. Czech law, too, considers it an offence,
though.
Five hours later I was back at the clinic, lamenting blood loss, slight dizziness, difficulty to breath,
stand, and walk steadily. Dr. Frajer just gave me some
gauze and he did nothing else.
I didn't know it was an emergency situation...
Four days later I had the last check-up. Still dizzy, still nothing.
As I got back home, I was immediately admitted to the
E.R., tested and got a blood transfusion: low haemoglobin and hypovolemia uhm ? Go figure...
More than 1,5 liters of _old_ blood (actual blood, not
just serum with some blood) was found in a sac beetween
the skin and the muscles in my back and drained.
It accumulated there from the time the drainages where
removed.
It means that Dr.Frajer didn't even cauterize the damn thing: he just sutured the skin, completely forgetting
about the big deep vein that was spilling blood.
Obviously my body created quite some scar tissue -inside- to isolate that stuff.
What a perfect result from Perfect Clinic: remove flabs
of extra skin and fat, to get pouches of scar tissue.
Whoo-ho!
One year later, they still itch and tingle...*inside*:
pseudo-bursae are so much fun!
Blood math: 1.5 (over that time) + amount lost during the surgery + that in the drainages (multiple ones were
filled) = ?
Anyone can understand that if I still needed a transfusion, days after the surgery, it means they
almost killed me right there and then, at their clinic
(just do the math, that was a close one). Documented.
It's interesting: medics who won't even hand you to
the nearest hospital when they have to: when you need
it and they know it, they must.
EHIC is valid in Czech Republic, too, obviously.
Bottom line is: results are horrible, they almost
killed me and now these people are ignoring my emails
and hanging up on me at the phone.
Their lawyer, Mr.Sustek, tries to intimidate patients
against posting a negative review, but that's a
constitutional right and he's just a bluffer.
Also, me and other patients would have the right to
request a refund. I encourage other patients to do it.
They may agree outright or bluff.
You know what kind of reviews you should give your
attention and the most weight in making a decision
in these matters.
The bad ones, because you are next.
Me ? I was lucky.
And you ? will you be a survivor or a victim ?
Check the reports first, especially the bad ones...I learned it the hard way.
