An unassuming place when viewed from the road, with the classic pond and trees disguising an almost-architectural building-- the roof is gorgeous, the building below is a concrete rectangle that left me a little disappointed.
Wines are sold under the Saddleback (lower-end) and Peregrine (higher-end-- they get the new barrels) labels, and I think they use the Saddleback logo in the USA under the Mohu name.
Pretty decent to pretty good wines as the area tends to be, with some nice differences between the brands. And they had a superb dessert wine that reminded us of caramel apple tarts that is unfortunately very limited production and is only available at the winery... boooo!
