I believe this last visit was the best of all! They're so friendly and make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I've had the paraffin wax to the hands and feet, the facial steam, body scrub, mud wrap, and both the deep tissue and the Swedish massage. The steam/mist room and sauna are complimentary with packages, which is so awesome! The atmosphere is very relaxing and since moving out of Searcy I still come back here if I want to truly pamper myself!

I chose Symmetrix 4 years ago - randomly - and have just never left because the stylists perform consistently professionally and the salon services are high quality @ a level I can afford. I hear the massage therapist on site is excellent and I plan to check in for a deep tissue massage in 2018!

The lady cutting my toenails cut my toe and then tried to hide the bleeding from me. I had the pedicure at 9 am and it's 8:30 pm and my toe still hurts . I'm hoping she didn't cause an ingrown toenail . I would avoid this place if possible.
