Our car had a tire that would not hold air. We took the car to 3 other places to see if we could…read morefind out why it wouldn't hold air and to get it repaired. All of them took the tire off and put it through the "bubble" bath to identify any leaks and told us it had no problems. When we attempted to get it repaired none of them wanted to do anything. Finally in one internet search I discovered that there is a PepBoys in the same building as one of the other larger Auto Parts stores in Fajardo. Took the car there and they did the same thing with the "bubble" added air and asked me to come back in two days if the problem persisted. I did that, and they just said, OK we will take another look at it. They took about an hour and handed me my keys and said you are all set. That was it. Its now been a week and the tire definitely is holding air. No attempt to get money for the tire, just you brought it to us, we didn't get it fixed, we will this time and voila, it is now fixed. I'll go back and I will send anyone that wants to listen to go there too.

I am new to Puerto Rico and decided to give Sky AutoWorks a try after I read there great reviews, and I am very happy I did. There customer service is outstanding!!! They diagnosed the problem with my car and didn't just repair the problem but took the time to show me the problem on the car, and a step by step solution to repairing it. At that same time they gave me the invoice with a detailed breakdown of the parts needed and the labor to complete the repair. I had a great feeling with this shop and I can't say enough good things about them. Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. He was willing to send these to my son in Idaho. Reassured, my son agreed with them. They were able to estimate exact time my car would be ready and gave me a ride home. I'm very impressed with everything!! Highly recommend them to anyone. I feel relived to know I have a shop I can trust
