I was quickly denied. State Farm paid most of the loan off within two weeks. I have been messaging Keesler on the claim status that GAP coverage will pay off the remaining balance October 18. Yet, despite my continued updates on their payment, they expected me to continue making payments. If I have no transportation to get to work, no money is coming in, how am I supposed to pay them? I get calls from collections and ignore them. Last week, GAP emailed me that the payoff check was mailed, and I forward that email to them. Yet, I am still getting calls. Do you think they really care about you or try to help. Wait till something happens with your account. Terrible Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
