They convince you of getting a good job but it is far from it. Claim safety is number 1 but that is far fetched. Un safe working conditions,unskilled workers that put your safety at risk. Great communication until day 1 on the job then you are just another way to profit to them. It is a temp unskilled placement company but they don't explain that. Claim you can grow but that is completely impossible considering your just dropped off on another company's site. Worse mistake of my life and will never trust a recruiting company again They say full time work, technically correct for the hours but that is far as it goes. You are told you have to relocate to continue with the company once the job site is completed. They put on a good face but it is all lies. Becareful to fall into their trap. When they called to inform me, the representative from CR Fletcher read a scripted response, stating they would "do their best to pursue other opportunities." I never heard from them again. The entire experience felt impersonal and unprofessional--more like being herded through a cattle call than treated as a serious candidate.
