So since everyone's getting there taxes done a friend of mine asked me about this location and we…read moreused them a 2 years ago. They messed up our file and it took a professional tax preparer to fix it. We paid them over 700$ for processing and the tax pro charged us $100 to fix it and get it corrected. I would never recommend them if you have complex taxes if it's a single person single w2 maybe but even then your better on filing for yourself as their fees are ridiculously too high for the mishap and mess ups. Another friend of mine got re reviewed one time in 2019 when using them because as she stated the state returned saying she owed money back even though she was awarded a return. It was a huge mess and took her 4 years to correct. Idk if it's the same people in there but watch use caution and be prepared to ask questions.

Not sure how this company is still in business... I had to…read morework with SourceOne at my old job and they were terrible. Every single week they would screw up our payroll. Unknowledgeable, lacked basic customer service skills, and lacked in communication (BIG time). Mary Jane had an attitude with me from the start, so I stopped contacting her and got assigned to Jesse, whom was also useless. Fun fact: when you go to their office, they have all these signs posted that you must wear a mask and follow California state regulations due to covid but when I walked inside they ALL were not wearing a mask, dressed unprofessional, and treated me like I was not welcomed there. My suggestion: don't bother with SourceOne Payroll; they're a joke.

Ashley was our representative and she was racist and not knowledgeable in her field. She accused me of receiving a direct deposit and made me go through hell. When the bank put her in her place you think she apologized for the inconvenience? Nope!!! The boss is also unprofessional. I have reported them to the labor board along with my old employer because I verbally told Ashley bout the illegal punch ins, and instead of investigating it she instigated and told the employer I was causing problems. The labor board laughed when I told them my old employer used "source one" and said "no wonder she's been getting away with her behavior." Save yourself the headache and run away Fast!!!!
