2020 was a challenging year for us all.
Our knowledge of IT, or lack of it, and how we could use it effectively to support those we couldn't physically see, was tested.
Based in Manchester with my shielding mother near Liverpool my personal concerns, and those of the rest of my family being geographically spread across the UK, felt like a lengthy list.
Thankfully Pentagon came up with answers to all our queries, and quite frankly "then some", when it came to providing us with solutions to support our shielding mother.
Advice on a suitable replacement PC, following a remote diagnosis of "irreparable failure" of the original unit, meant we also now had access to the Cloud so the sharing files, and photographs, helped us all stay in touch.

A recommendation for a new ISP also meant a faster & more stable broadband connection for video calling helping to prevent that feeling of isolation and mental anguish at being locked down alone as video calls replaced telephone calls thereby enabling family quizzes and calls from multiple households to help her wellbeing.
