Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!…read more Throughout my 30 years of serving in the military, I traveled around the world and experienced several auto detail shops. Customer service is important to me. I never experienced a more professional detail shop like Butler Auto Detailing. The facility is clean and smells good. This is also what I expect when I get my vehicles cleaned. Mr. Butler treats each of my vehicles as if they are his own. He has detailed my vehicles for almost 10 years. As a lifelong military guy, attention to detail is extremely important to me. Mr. Butler lives by the same concept. His attention to detail is second to none. He literally gets every thing right the first time! Each time Mr. Butler details my vehicles, they shine as if they were still on the showroom floor at the dealership. I would also like to add, the cost is reasonable considering the level of service provided. When I'm offered a cheap detail, I expect a cheap service. When I'm offered an expensive detail, I expect a premiere service and that's exactly what I receive each time with Mr. Butler. There are a lot of detailers in the DMV area but there's only one Butler Auto Detailing! Respectfully, Dr. Jeff Smith, U.S. Navy Retired
