I give this business 0 stars my father in law and I went to bail my husband out of jail and a hispanic man that is one of the agents was sooo rude to us interrogating us and telling us that we were liars and were not being honest with him! I told him I thought you were here to help us we are not criminals we are regular hard working citizens just like him...He said the interrogation was standard procedure and that he was trained to interrogate the families of the inmates when they come to bail their family out! wich was a bold face lie!!!! He also appeared very unprofessional in his flip flops and his office that smells like his dogs urine!!! so I went next door instead where I was not interrogated and the two nice agents at hotline bailbonds helped me with 0 judgement and 0 interrogation!!!!! I came across this company, because a family member was arrested. You would think that since people are older they would avoid getting into trouble, you would also think that people would have money to situate themselves. BUT WHATEVER, whats done is done. After debating and debating we finally started calling numerous places to get them out, i called this company but in a different location and as it turned out were very friendly and informative. Came out to a quince....one thing led to another, long story short. We needed bail. Like any regular person i called multiple companies. Of course you cant just settle for just anyone. Since we had good credit ....they also offered a payment plan.
