Once you're able to get in you have the perk of a drive thru smoke shop. Customer service blah. I went in to buy an ooze battery and the price said $14.99. When I got to the register it said $19.99. Asked the rep if he would honor the price and he said no. That's bad business. You have it advertised at one price and it rung up another. Overall I will still patronize this business because it's local but don't expect five star customer service. They are open 24 hours so that's something to keep in mind.

I have come in here a couple times in the past in need of some cheap juice and he has always delivered what I need. Today I was having a hell of a day. The juice that I ordered online - because it was on sale - was meant to be delivered yesterday but somehow got lost in the mail. I can't reach usps to figure it out and the website just says it couldn't be delivered but not why. So I had no juice. I went last night to get juice from another store - called Johnny Vapes, if I'm not mistaken - because it was the only one open after 8pm. The woman told me it had 3 mgs nicotine and I didn't check cuz I believed her. Then I got home and my partner pointed out to me that the bottle says zero nicotine. No wonder I'm so cranky. So today I decided I'd get some strong juice with high nicotine that I could mix with the juice I got so as not to waste it. I have a choice of several stores but I chose to go to St. Pete Vape and I'm so glad I did. The guy was amazing and he immediately understood my dilemma and offered the perfect solution. He just so happened to have samples of a juice with 36mg of nicotine. He put a couple drops into my vape to try and it was perfect. I'm so thrilled. Then he told me I could just take the bottle at no charge! What! This man is a true star and he's totally my hero. I didn't even tell him that I'm in a financial bind and that I really can't afford to keep buying juices that get lost in the mail or that have no nicotine at all. It's just too much. He could have taken $30-40 from me today. It would have been easy and I'd have paid without a complaint and still been happy. Instead, he took nothing from me but he gained a lifelong customer. I will be back soon because I need a new vape. Mine is old and falling apart. I found one I love in his store but he didn't have the color I wanted (he only had gold but that's not his fault cuz that's what the company sent him) so I told him to order me one in any other color but gold and I'll be back for it. So you'll be seeing me again. I'll be coming back any time I need anything vape related. And I'll be telling everyone I know who vapes that they have to go to St. Pete Vape, the number one vape shop in all of St. Petersburg. Thank you so much for being my hero and for saving the day for me. You are truly one of a kind and I'm so grateful for your kindness.

I have been a dedicated, near-daily regular customer at Peace of Mind Smoke Shop for the past…read moremonth, consistently buying Bangarang THC blunts. For weeks, two regular employees reliably charged me the correct price of $8.56. However, a third female employee consistently attempted to price-gouge me at $11.00, falsely claiming prices went up. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the first two employees, they explicitly confirmed the price was $8.56, found her actions odd, and promised to address it with management.Unfortunately, when I returned today, the same woman attempted to overcharge me again. When I calmly requested that she verify the price with a colleague or the owner, she became highly defensive and combative. Rather than resolving the issue, she falsely accused me of "haggling" and "harassing" her, ultimately demanding that I leave. While walking out calmly and collectedly, I recorded a video of the interaction as she threatened to call the police. The situation deteriorated further when the owner arrived. Rather than listening objectively to a loyal customer to resolve an obvious internal management mishap, the owner refused to hear my side of the story entirely. She treated me with absolute contempt, deflected all accountability, and actively defamed my character by backing her employee's false narrative. To worsen matters, I was threatened with arrest for criminal trespass if I ever attempt to re-enter the property. As a minority customer attempting to have a peaceful, professional dialogue, this defensive, hostile, and exclusionary treatment felt deeply discriminatory. Because of this severe disrespect, deflection, and defamation, I am actively filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and taking further actions regarding this matter. They have permanently lost my business. I will be searching for the justice I deserve. This is not a reliable business nor the employees and owner is.
