The day they came, we were waiting on the trees to be delivered and we purchased additional service for tree trimming that was not originally planned., All was well, we were happy, the guys were great, it was the start of a great relationship. However, we were having trouble with our Shumard oak and sent multiple pictures during the summer showing that it was in distress. They told me again how to water and what fertilizer to use and to let them know how it looked. It still did not improve and we contacted them again and they said that it may take some time to get the leaves to quit falling. I was not happy but they did not want to come look at it. Then when spring 2023 came, it was not producing buds and again I called and they said it was no longer under the one year warranty. As you can tell, I had pictures, emails and conversation and finally this is what they said. As a courtesy, we will give you a $400 credit to use how you want. You can purchase another tree (the original now dead tree cost me $2060), plus you will need to pay for delivery and installation of any new tree. Previous delivery was $250 plus $150 mileage plus sales tax so I am sure there would be charge for taking out the dead tree and installing the new tree. I don't consider this to be any kind of courtesy. I thought that I was going to be so happy to have found this company but now I am so disappointed. This purchase was made in Mar 2022 so it still gripes me for a company to not take care of of their customers. One of my neighbors referred me to this company. From the very first communication with them, it was clear that they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They came out to my property and gave me great suggestions for tree work and landscaping because I had no idea what would look good or be best suited for the area. Once the bigger jobs were done, they did an outstanding job mowing and getting my flowerbeds to look exactly as I had envisioned it. They have always been fairly priced, even when I need extra things done. I still use them for reoccurring services and I am pleased with the way my property looks every single time that they come. I am always sure to recommend them to anybody who needs landscaping, tree work, or lawn care services!

He could have said no to start with. Wasn't impressed with the way he handled it. I found another service who did a great job for $1,000. I will be using them in the future.
