They have not been professionally trained and do not follow the industry safety standard (all including climber wearing helmets, eye protection , climber using lifeline and helmet). If their is an accident on your property you will be liable. They ask for full payment before grinding stumps . Often they do not return for months to grind them , if they ever do.
