I was super nervous about the whole process, but Dr. K did everything so well and so fast, and I barely felt anything! Yesterday was my second visit, and he managed to reopen two old implant sites to attach abutments, extract a tooth, do a bone graft, and place 3 implant and all in one go! The office was otherwise closed, but he was willing to come in and see me, a brand new patient he had never even met, because I needed help. That meant a lot, and immediately told me he genuinely cares about people, not just appointments on a schedule. Dr. Arora gave careful, clear, clinical explanations of what he was seeing, what was causing my pain, and exactly what needed to be done. He made sure I understood what was going to happen, why he takes the approach he does, and what to expect afterward. I ended up needing two root canals to fix the previous dentist's filling. For the gum graft itself, Dr. Nelson did a terrific job of working with my pain tolerance on taking local anesthesia such as deep breaths beforehand, explaining exactly what he will do, and placing it in a speed that matches my comfort.
