Finally, they kept 5000.00 of mine from a deposit and as of 4-05-26 have refused to return it, (saying they had to put a hold on the funds for 20 days) and the issuing bank verified it within two days... We have our auto loan through them. The customer service is good. If you ever have to go into the branch the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because your limited to 2k per day if you need a large amount of cash and also the line can get very long during lunch hour on workdays... not a good option if you have a job you need to get back to. I have waited over 45 minutes in line on a few occasions. Better to handle your banking over phone or app if you can avoid going into the branch. read more

I've been a member for at least 25 years. I came to withdraw 2k and another $500. From a different account. I was told I can only withdraw 2k per day without notice. I drove an hour away. The teller told me that I can go outside and use the ATM to withdraw the money. I told her, I am inside in front of you, why do I need to go outside? I don't use an ATM at all because I am worried about my card will get compromised. I asked for a manager and again, I was told I can't withdraw another $500. I have enough money to cover all my withdrawals and have been a dedicated member even though there's only one branch and located on the base in Pope AFB. I called membership services and file my complaint. I never heard any follow-up regarding my complaint. I send an email addressed to the CEO and again no answer. The teller told me that changes in withdrawal limit were sent to all members to be notified but I never receive one. Just a few months ago, the withdrawal is 3k and a manager can override for more using their discretion. Total disappointment and I am already looking for another credit Union or bank that has more sense with their member's needs. read more

This review is for the "system" and not for the individuals employed at this branch. I personally think the individuals that work here are good and not ill-intended. I am leaving this review in hopes that it serves as a PSA for other customers. The problem: The lack of or failure to use the banknote counters. Discussion: I have walked into this branch to do my weekly cash deposits. I've had a slight issue on my last 3 out of 4 times I have done this. When depositing the teller personally counts the notes. The first time it happened, the teller count was off by $40.00. A simple recount fixed the issue. Two weeks later, the teller personally counted the notes again. This time she was off by $20.00. Today, she once again personally counted the notes. She was off by $500.00. Important to note is that it has NOT been the same teller every time. Once again, I do NOT think that the tellers are ill-intended and firmly believe in human error being the main factor here. I am lucky to have found the issue on my transaction receipt before leaving the premises. Solution: Equip the branch with banknote counters so the counter may sort banknotes, accurately count them, and check for damaged or counterfeit notes. read more

Simply the worst bank I have been to. The bank manager is a real joke. On Friday, it is expected to be busy in a bank , but at this branch I waited 40 minutes to make a withdrawal of 160. After being serviced by a teller that obviously needed more on the job training, I became very irritated and ask to close my account . The idiot bank manager told me that they cannot close my account at the bank teller window, I had to get another number and wait an additional 20 minutes to be helped. Instead of offering to help me, the idiot went back to his office and closed the door. By now I have been in the bank for almost an hour and a half and still did not receive and service. Avoid the branch like the plague because you will be sitting and waiting for a very long time and the idiot bank manager will not be interested in helping at all. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! read more
