Within 5 years, I had moisture…read moreissues in the crawlspace so I paid another company to waterproof it ($$$$) and in 2020 I paid a mold remediation specialist to remove the mold that had built up on the joists ($$$). More recently I've noticed that the floors are sagging. Apparently DeWalt attached the footers on one side with brackets instead of sitting them on top of a footer. The brackets aren't holding the weight so the joists are now twisting and dropping, so I'll be paying another company $$$$$ to install a support beam and jacks to hold the floor up. Oh, and there's moisture seeping out of a pipe too, but DeWalt embedded the pipe in the floor without providing an access door so I'll need to tear up part of the floor to fix the plumbing issue. I know I should be calling DeWalt to fix the issues that they caused but clearly they don't know what they're doing so they will not be working on my home ever again.

I tried to turn in my keys and parking pass for the new tenant, as requested by the office manager, and I continued to be cussed out in the office. I was told that my money would be held until the new tenant's checks cleared in three weeks. When I asked how that was legal, as my name was no where on the new lease, the screaming had begun. The owner claimed to be able to make my life a "living h-ll" by witholding as much of my money as possible, including my security deposit and January's rent. This was AFTER they had another tenant sign a lease, pay THEIR rent for January and receive keys to the apartment. The owner not only dropped the f bomb towards me multiple times, but he also called me a ungrateful b----. I would not recommend this company. Their immature and unprofessional tactics should not be tolerated.

We had them remodel our basement and it was a NIGHTMARE…read more In Summary: *We compared their very slow rate of completing the project vs due date and saw they would be late. They showed up infrequently even when called. We advised them many times their rate was too slow to complete the project on time and predicted they would be late and they told us they would make it over and over again. Of course they were late and set a new date and missed that as well two more times. *We had to call and beg them to show up. *They criticized our choices of fixtures since they were challenging to mount even though we were willing to pay extra. They are out of touch with what people want. * They provided no planning support or real advice for the home theatre and acted like we wanted to do too much. *Two sub suppliers said they were not paid and were upset and voiced it to us different times. *We had to make calls to subsuppliers to help coordinate activity. We had to call and follow up all the time with them and the subsuppliers. *The quality of work is average at best. I believe years from now we will find the electrical and other work they did was poor craftsmanship. Visibly the work is average at best, with a fee areas that were below average. The subcontractor for the bathroom was great, I wished they could have don the whole basement. *Ryan and Jason acted like they were doing us a favor by showing up to do what they were being paid to do: Finish the job right and on time. In summary a miserable experience.
