I had inquired with and eventually booked Pretty Instant's Express Service package for my sister's bachelorette party in Boston! Honestly, I can't gush enough about how awesome it was and how happy the experience made my sister on her special night! Our photog had such a great energy and blended right in with the group of girls at the party! Her personality and artistic taste were beyond my expectations! Literally the entire team at Pretty Instant was fantastic. From my original inquiry chat, to hammering out the details e-mails with the customer service team, even as much as personal e-mails from the co-founders following the event, I can say from personal experience that they are very concerned with customer service and super attentive/accommodating! The process for getting our photos was so professional and easy/fast! Super technology focus and the quality was beyond awesome! The entire process leading up to the date was super easy and every single person I interacted with was helpful, efficient, and super personable! They've built a great team and that produced an extremely successful experience for me, my sister and her friends, and most importantly the memories captured are priceless!

They are a top notch organization that combines creativity with a structured approach to the process. Those of us on the team learned a lot in the process of working with Figmints. Every week or so we had a status meeting that kept us abreast of the progress. We had plenty of guidance, while at the same time were able to provide very specific feedback. The results are stunning. Uttam and his teammates are amazing!…read more We had a super-tight timeline (less than a day) to finish a Woocommerce shopping page on WordPress and integrate it into our new website layout which was being developed at the same time. The shopping function was mostly implemented but needed a lot of debugging and polish. Uttam and his teammates were very responsible, taking on the project after carefully studying the scope of work. They worked extremely hard and efficiently to finish the project on time. We had instant communication on changing requests that came in real-time, which were all addressed with no push back. If you need magic to make things happen, Uttam and his teammates is the right choice. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get WordPress and Woocommerce set up.

She was very warm and helpful, and so when I decided to get new author photos for my publicity packet, I called her. She was an absolute joy to work with. She was relaxed, which put me at ease, and she really listened to what I wanted. Because I have epilepsy and can't be around flash, we did the shoot outdoors and tried several locations in my neighborhood. She encouraged me to be playful, and we tried many angles, moods and backgrounds. I had so many good shots to choose from that it was a struggle to pick. I ended up choosing four instead of just one. Not only do I have a pair of really good author head shots, I have a couple of great dating photos, too. I enjoyed the shoot, was impressed with the quality of the images, and plan to use her for my photo needs in the future (and hope to take her photography classes as well.)
