They took my coat and my bag and hung it behind the counter. As I waited I was also offered coffee. Ismael cut my hair... very professional. Spoke English. They didn't have a wait so I asked for a trim. So happy I went here. Great service. He hung my coat, sat me down in a very comfortable chair with headrest. He carefully trimmed my beard, around my lips, the neck area, then came with a hot towel, placed it over my beard area while he massaged my head and forehead. He then brushed my neck with shaving lotion and with a straight razor he carefully shaved my neck, around my ears, my nostrils, and around my cheek bones. He then took a cold towel over my face to calm my pores and skin, he then moisturized my entire face, and put after shave. I went from homeless to a hollywood star. It was 14€ and I wish I could come here weekly.
