While Radisson has clearly done a lot of refurbishing, it's the worst hotel on our Luther Tour itinerary. Consistent with Communist-bloc attempts to impress, the ground floor conveys a notion of simple elegance. But the halls of the succeeding floors give the impression of a passageway among prison cells. The rooms are tiny, leaving little room for suitcases or walking to the bath room. The bath "room" is pathetic, not a room tall, but more of an alcove. We and most of our compatriots on this tour found major problems with the plumbing. The food, in some cases, seemed less than fresh. And the staff, while earnest, were clueless when it came to my needs for gluten-free as a person who has Celiac Disease. Most of our hotels here have ranged from good to great. Not this one. The beds were hard. It was impossible to control the room temperature. The physical facility has some potential, I think, if they're willing to totally revamp their rooms, doubling the current ones to form larger ones and if they fix the plumbing. But
